Her name is Lydia (I LOVE the name). You know everybody has that picture of what they look for in a partner, and they have their own definition of the perfect girl/guy? Well, for most, they won't ever find someone with everything they want, but they'll find someone with most. I got lucky. Lydia is exactly what my definition is, and more. This is her:

(Yes, it got a little re-sized. So, if by some chance you manage to read the little captions, keep in mind the little joking people do in a relationship before groaning at them. Okay, so a couple of them are just for laughs for everyone, but hey. Also, I made this collage for Lydia. She wanted me to do something like this, sooo I did.)

She's smart (valedictorian!), witty, she has a gorgeous singing voice, really I could just go on and on and on. I mean, Jesus, I've yet to find a flaw about her. Seriously, just ask something specific about her and you'll see. heart

Hehe, thanks. She was actually on the Prom Court. Sadly, she didn't win (she should have, if you ask me, buuut I guess I'm kind of biased, there), but it was awesome getting to see her come down the stairs (our prom was at a nightclub that our school often rents out. It's a VERY nice establishment with two floors, and a spiral staircase) in her lovely dress. We weren't at the level of dating at that point in time, but it wasn't much longer that we got there. She's such a fun person! Always cheery, always in the mood to just shake and dance!

And hey, I'm not far from that age where I could consider more than relationships, you know . . . Sooo, hehe, fingers crossed!

And hey, I wish you luck in finding your dream girl, too!

Edit: The afformentioned prom dress:

Out of curiousity, how much more difficult is it to find a same-sex relationship? It has to be a little harder, seeing how you have to look harder or more cautiously to find out who's gay or not (since it's not always slap-you-in-the-face obvious). If I'm mistaken, tell me. I don't know-- I've never had to mess with it.

Eh if you're willing to look online its really not that hard since there are sites out there designed to meet people like yourself and of your relationship specifics.

Irl... it's much harder because you have to worry about the other things all gay people have to worry about. Especially if you're a teen, living with your parents still, in an area not so gay friendly, AND you're not old enough to go to special interest clubs. So yeah.

That's kind of what I figured. For college, you should really should look at Kansas University (not State). It's one of the nicest universities I've ever seen, and the town is extremely liberal. It'd be unbelievably easy to find someone around here.

I've dated online only once, and don't care to do it again. It just wasn't a rewarding experience, you know? I want to be able to actually do things for (and with) the one that I love, not just talk to them. It'd be good for some people, sure, but it just wasn't for me.

Eh Im not going to a University, but thanks for the idea anyways.

Yeah.. online dating really does suck.. too many problems and misunderstandings that go with it. It's really starting to get to me. sweatdrop
