I actually had an avi pic to prove it. Mickie James VS Trish at mania was hott. I can only imagine now with Trish playing Mickie... oh man. Trish and mickie james have a intresting feud going o and GO EDGE!!!

through all that, the only match I'm looking forward to is the Carlito/Masters feud, I've seen Carlito do some really cool stuff and I'd love to watch that stupid hoss Masters get his a** kicked by teh coolness that is Calito

I really hope RVD doesn't lose his contract to wrestle for the title! I would love to see RVD hold two titles at once, although I'm just about sure that'll never happen.
What are your thoughts on that match? Or the newly added Kane and Show match?

Lady Golightly I really hope RVD doesn't lose his contract to wrestle for the title! I would love to see RVD hold two titles at once, although I'm just about sure that'll never happen. What are your thoughts on that match? Or the newly added Kane and Show match? when you think it, RVD never had the ECW Championship did he? it would be good to see him hold the major championship as well as the mid-card championship...but since he's RVD, WWE management will find a way to keep him as undercarded as possible (remember he did lose to the Spirit Squad a while back)

Nah! Losing to the Spirit Squad means nothing. They have no real in-ring talent, they injure people left and right, act cocky cause Management had to drop the titles to somebody so that Kane could jump to Smackdown and got lucky, and all they do is land 2 moves and Bam! Instant win. Kind of like Cena divided by five. 3nodding
And at any rate, I think they'll have RVD win at backlash, because rumors are he's going to bank in on his match at One Night Stand. 3nodding

I'm digging the whole Edge vs. John Cena vs. HHH feud. The WWE has put nice importance on those 3 guys being the main eventers on RAW right now. The chaos booked in the 3 ways and the match against the Spirit Squad was a lot of fun. What's more intriguing is the fact that none of the wrestlers appear to be the clear face or clear heel. Each are actually received differently by fans.
Normally, that's a problem. However, I think that with John Cena, he's actually becoming a DRAW by fans wanting to boo the hell out of him. How about that? I've noticed that HHH has knocked himself down a peg for the feud (reports suggest that the incoming birth is making him very humble, which is good... not for just wrestling fans, but for HHH himself. HHH needs this, for he's taken the business way too seriously since his return in 2002). Edge, meanwhile, has probably enhanced his stance as a heel because he's not trying to get the face pop, unlike HHH and Cena. Then again, fans still aren't sure how to cheer or jeer Edge, outside of yelling at Lita.
Backlash looks pretty good at this point and almost looks worthy of buying...

I'm really glad Ronin and I decided to save our money and not get Backlash. It, to me, was, even from just reading, severely dissapointing.
I'm glad RVD is now the IC Champ, but other than that... this PPV wasn't anywhere near as good as it could have been.
I am most dissapointed with the whole Cena win. Not that I hate Cena or anything, but really... he doesn't need the title anymore. The fans have started to get bored with him as champ and he no longer draws a fan cheer. Why the hell doesn't the WWE figure out that if they don't give the fans what they want... they will stop watching.
Eh hell with it. What did YOU think about Backlash? Was it good bad or other? Please explain.

I was really hoping the WWE title would change hands. sad
Believe it or not I was looking mostly forward to Carlito vs. Masters. From what i read it seemd like an okay match, but meh... If they're pushing Carlito off as a face then why do they have him use the ropes? I think they're going to make him like Ric Flair.

only three matches there would probably be worth watching
