It's all about sitting on a rooftop looking at the clouds while a nice zephyr plays in my ear. 3nodding

I've also realized that I don't actually absorb energy from cold water unless I'm inhaling at the time. The cold air coming into my mouth along with the liquid is what makes me feel better.
I hate being damp or putting lotion on. It feels like it keeps the wind off my skin. Anyone else feel at all similar?

I enjoy the Spring time..or summertime at dusk when its windy and no humidity. Florida has TOO MUCH of it!! we breath water!
Drawing in the warm air and having the wind through my hair..also..taking in the heat of anything at times. Sun or Moon light...It seems I take in Temperture too much about me. I'm slightly sensitive to it.
I was at the store and I was FREEZING..my mom wasn't and neither was eveything else..I had to goto the place where they ahve the hot food behind glass in teh Deli and place my hands there to take in the heat. It felt so nice.
At times I enjoy the cold. Depnds on the siuation. If I can be curled up in VERY warm blankets or near a fireplace..I am content..that's when I truly enjoy the winter. I can sleep forever in the warmth. TOO cold like snow..I dislike. I also hate being damp AND cold...lotions..I don't like the greasy feeling..part of a reason why I rarly wear make up also. only like liton if I REALLY feel dry or something.
alright babled long enough..OH! Shiny!
*Goes to play with it*

i find that a simple breeze with a slight chill bite often revives me a little. that, and hot water with that heat bite to it.
am i making sense? I also like curling up in warm blankets, hate cold and wet at the same time...I HATE winter.

So far most things sound as expected. The question now is, how much do you absorb? It's obvious that we'd prefer surroundings such as what we described, but do they have the power to revitalize you when depressed, tired, or sick?
Can being exposed to them increase your general well being? I think I've been doing better since the move to the new computer labs with the powerful air conditioning. Not sure if it has any adverse effect on my body, but so far there is none.
My brother complains of the heat in the house, but he also does more work and eats less food when it is this hot.

I realized today that when bad weather is nearing, it seems to surround me in a heat-proof field. My surrounding don't get cold, my body just becomes resistant to heat, and doesn't get hot even if I try to take warm baths. It feels like the heat just slides off me, and I end up bathing in the water much hotter than I normally would, just to feel the warmth. Maybe if I had a tub...

So when Im sick and eat ice cream and it makes me feel better would that count as absorption?

That would definitely be a serious case of it. I do that all the time, actually. If there's no ice cream I'll usually just use ice. Although the sickness has to be one that doesn't affect my throat. You'd figure cold things would make my throat feel better, but for some reason they don't...

hmm ive had cases of absorption, both heat and cold (ice-water ice dominant)
if i sit in a tub of hot water for 10 mins, i find it takes a while for my body to cool down after i get out, at least 10 mins, sometimes more plus my baths come at night, and i have windows open if i can, and as soon as i get out i go straight to my room....even if my room is much cooler, i find it takes time....
ive also had instances where id wear a thin sweater in my heavy A/Ced office on days >15 C weather, and when i go for lunch or home, i keep my sweater on and i feel completely fine

I noticed at times after I get out of the shower my body has steam rising from it. Could this also be absorption?

I like it cold rather than hot except when it comes to my meals. I prefer it shady unless it's one of those cool sunny days.

But my is confused. I like cold water, drinking, and other cold beverages, which help refresh me. BUt I HATE cold showers, and being bodily sweaty. But I like hot showers. I like rain, I like sun, but i don't like cloudy weather. I love the shadow on a warm day, or the stars. I feel like I'm all of them. I can't choose an element. Nothing computes. I like the sunlight in the winter, and play ing in the snow, unless it goes down my back. Different parts of me like different things. None of them stay the same, except for drinks and showers. I can eat any temerature meal, but its the taste that i don't like sometimes. Sometimes I can take my meals REALLY hot, sometimes i can't. NON OF THEM MATCH UP.
