I'm not familiar with the "Dr. Who" serie, but that a cool set.
I like the guy with the scruffy hair and the long scarf in the middle.
The last one looks like a walking light-house!~ blaugh

Here's my latest one - The First Doctor His hair was so difficult...I just can't get it to look right o.O  I would put him in the latest edit slot, but the 9th Doctor hasn't even been there a day yet sweatdrop ((Oooh! New emotes! *randomly tests* rofl pirate talk2hand ... Not working? O.o))

blaugh You sure make them old dudes look so cool!
Mm....help on hair? Try a very light grey to outline the shadows of the hair that you already have and maybe the hairline around his forehead to seperate the pale skin and the white.
I love what you have already done though, Neko! biggrin
