*Game Lab: Reasons for Ending a Round Prematurely* Narrator: Another question you're wondering is why I would cut off a game near the end of a set question game such as 7, 11, 15 or 21 Length? So when something life that happens in the Game Lab, it would be that I'm in hurry or rush when something IRL calls for it.
Soeaking of which, when a RL Trip happens so sudden, I can't tell how long I'll be away for or when I'll return so these things just happen. As a result, a Game Lab Game Already in Progress maybe paused directly until I return from said Trips.

*Game Lab Preview: Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader*
Narrator: As for a Coming Attraction to the Game Lab in the Mermaid Princess RP, its going to be a fun one. Its Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader which started as a Fox Network TV Game in the Mid 2000s and ending in 2015. It was also brought back on Nickelodeon for Single Season in 2019.
The best way to describe this TV Game is that its a Surreal Back to School Themed TV Game that contains General Knowledge Questions. Thankfully. Its a Single Player Game where the player is assisted by 5 Student Panel that can help the player for 2 questions.
In each game, there's 10 questions, 1 for each Grade Skill from 1st to 5th ranging from Easiest to Hardest. Should that player answer all 10, that player gets a 6th Grade Question worth the final winnings.
At any point during the game, the player sees that things get too tough, they can resort to one of 3 cheat powerups that have a single use or drop out and take the money earned, provided that the player tells the world that they are not smarter than a 5th Grader by speaking to the camera directly.
A Chosen Student NPC Player can help the player with 3 types of Cheat Powerups which are... Peek = Where the player can can see the NPC's answer and go with it or choose a different answer.
Copy = Where the player must take the answer that the NPC has chosen.
Save = Passive Cheat where if a player gets the answer wrong but should an NPC answer correctly, that player stays in the game.
The Cheat Powerups won't work in the 6th Grade Question and once used, they're gone for the remainder of the player's game.
After the player gets all 10 Questions correct, they're shown the category for the 6th Grade Question and will need to decide to answer it or not. If they get the answer wrong, they flunk out and walk away with the 1st and only safeguard value (should they answer the 5th question correctly) but if they get it right, they walk out with the top cash value. Its also worth mentioning that the 5 Student NPCs can't help the player with the 6th Grade question either.
But since I don't plan to use student NPCs for the 5 student panel as there's no way of doing so, I plan to use 5 Generic NPCs as the student panel instead.
I still need to find the images for the question skill levels, powerup cheat images and work on the money value so it adds up to $5,000 so that way, it will be ready for the game lab. I already found images for the classroom soundstage set for that game

*Double Repairs Woes - Coin Bank* Narrator: The craziness doesn't end there as after over 30 years since the late 2000s, my Coin Bank didn't read the coins when I put them into the coin slot and when I put them. Its likely that the readout must have went bad. But despite this, I was able to buy a replacement coin bank so that repair cost was $10.
The Replacement Coin Bank is a 1.8L Capacity Vcertcpl Store Brand as they also make Mini ATM Banks that operate mostly the same way but uses a keypad lock instead. So we'll see what happens and how long this replacement coin bank lasts. The reason I tried to reuse it is because I forgot about it years later.
*Plans for Christmas 2025 Player's Room*
Narrator: Now is for the plans on Christmas 2025 Player's Room, I do have a couple ideas to continue talking about the OUSSPSUM (Official US PlayStation Underground Magazine) with Issues 26-50. Most of them still being some cool PlayStation 1 Demos and among those is a single PlayStation 2 Demo Disc being Issue 49 and just in time for its Holiday Tribute.
Speaking of which, talking about these Retro Consoles as a Christmas Related Player's Room Filler sounds the same story. You get one Game Console such as a PlayStation 5 and years later, a PlayStation 6 shows up in stores as it sells out fast like the TurboMan Action Figure in one Disney Christmas movie. But I hope to talk about more on other Pre Internet Sampler Demo Discs when I can. But we'll see what happens.
