Cardinal chuckled as he said that would look nice, "Yeah back home the way they frame to dry the hides make it look very nice and if you just leave it, it can become art." There was a pause, "I might could get someone to paint a scene on the hide too..."

There was a chuckle, "Ah yeah I could probably get the licenses fairly easily. I happen to know the person who issues them." She didn't mention she worked for the rangers but there was a grin as she thought about it.

Cardinal made a soft oof noise when her legs were swept but she caught herself by tossing one arm back and did her best to twirl back onto her feet. Giving a moment to think as he seemed impressed her cousin had a teddy bear. "Yeah she's learned a lot I suppose since she been doing this since she was nine."

She aimed to make it back to her feet but she also aimed to kick the back of his knee as she stood back up. "Ah the Tengu is interesting bit of creature mythology. I do enjoy creature mythos, like the uktena which is my sphere." She seemed curious, "Might could try to see what it does." She suggested, "Now would be the time to find out."

"...I Aactually want to see that." Susanoo noted of the scene idea. He'ds never known it even possible, and at licenses - Susanoo litb up.

"Ah, useful connection! I'd be delighted to take you with me. Maybe teach you a bit if you don't know. If not - it's still a fun time. Maybe I'll look up field butchery beforehand. Save some time money." Susanoo offered. Helping another hunt was a good time.

Waitg NI--" Susanoo was displeased, but more about age, not about Cardinal pulling his l3eg out from iunder him. He came down on his bacjsuidem byut did not rise. He whistled instead, nodding approvingly.

"Good timing too. Training with your cousin paid off for sure. Nione..." HJe shook his head, sighing. "Nine. I can't believe that."

He moved, rising slowly, but not to attack. He approached, offering a hand upo.

"Mmm. Myths are fascinating. I enjoy a good myth myself. They're a fascinating dive into the minds of others." Susanoo offered her a hand up. No tricks, no traps, grinning ear to ear.

Cardinal nodded, "Sure, once I get a pelt and reach out to family back home. I'll show you what the finish product is."

She seemed thoughtful, "Ah I know a bit about hunting, it's nothing master class so always willing to learn more."

When he seemed shocked and she'd managed to get his leg out from under him there was a shrug and a nod, "Yeah she was one of maybe the first few chibi senshi. From my understanding it was pretty rough on her but she's held up well. So I think I've learned from the best considering the circumstances."

When he offered a hand she took it and nodded, "They are fascinating and I enjoy really good indigenous myths. They're so underrated and not talked about a lot. It keeps heritage alive if you learn about those myths and stories of the people who were here first. Probably my favorite are the Cherokee Creation Stories, as there's a few all similar but all a bit different."

"But yeah if you want to try your attack on yourself, we can see if it works?" Cardinal offered again, "Or if you're tired we can see some other day."

"I'd - I'd like that." Susanoo nodded, smiling. He then nodded.

"If yoiu know a grasp of basics then, why noit join me this seasoin? Practice helps. And we can track together. It helps when you're powered, surpriusingly enough - you can tell human tracks from some youma." Susanoo explained. He was proud to hunt! To be, well, capoable of defending and krrping yopuma in check. Plus hinting the hiunter was delightful.

"The first... Bloody hell. At least she's alright." Susanoo admitted, sighing in concern but nodding. He was actually proud someone got a hit in on him! He.. Was surprisingly pleased to admit that too. This feeling surprised him. He considered Cardinal's offer, then shook his head,.

"I'm unsure yet, creally. Another day, certainly. For now - well. Why don't we finish running patrol together? Whom knows. We might run into an opponent we can handle better working together." Susanoo grinned. "And you can tell me more about chibi senshi. This sounds.... This sounds dangerously like something to keep an eye out for. I'd be loathe to know a child was hurt when we can do something."

And - it was nice making a new friend. Hopefully. But he had a really good feeling.

Cardinal nodded "Fair, but hunting powered up also gives disadvantages that other hunters might not have." She added with a with a slight click of her tongue. "That said I don't blame you for checking for youma first."

There was a chuckle, "Yeah sure sounds like a good place to end it anyways."

Cardinal stretched before nodding, "Alright lets head this way then." She started off in a direction she knew they might could find some interesting characters. "And sure I'll see what I can tell you. I only found out after she was grown out of a chibi but still . . ."

She'd tell him what she'd knew from Hugbell at least as she hadn't found that many other chibis but knew they still existed.
