This is usually some construct that has gained a sentient free will and is now acting on it's own according through some chance spark of life. My character Mogi is like almost like an action figure/barbie doll come to life, so he has visible joint separations like a barbie doll does. His stomach is made out of a wicker like material tying him into the Poppet ancestry, but he is supposed to resemble a pretty young boy, about 8 years old (limitations on Heroforge miniature creator so I could only make him look so young lol). Mogi is an alchemist as his chosen class. It does not have to be a cosplay of this character but I am okay with a pet inspired by this character!
