Hairstyle: Tail -- Braided template, matching the mane colors. Mane -- Beachy loose waves, ending above the knees. If doroi, could use the wavy hair template, otherwise would prefer a custom-drawn hairstyle. Could use the moodboard for a reference (eg, platinum blond with shiny iridescent pastel rainbow streaks) but can make it messier if you'd like. Or can add things like multicolor beads, or small shells, or small bright tropical flowers, or a few small tiny braids, or feathers, etc. into it (not required!). I'd like the theme to be the same as the body. For example, if giving a bright blue body would prefer pastel "unnatural" hair colors rather than regular blonde or brown hair.

Color: CC inspired by moodboard! Could be something bright and nature-inspired with bioluminescence. Or could be something summery and pastel. Or could be a natural of some sort with bright markings (eg, pastel rainbow, or bright glowing aqua+blue, etc.). I like gradients with subtle texture, shimmer, subtle patches of scale-like markings (like on a mermaid), and paint horse/overo/tobiano/etc markings. I also like fantasy polynesian-inspired "tattoo" like markings. Other ideas are piebald peacock or bird feather texture, or markings inspired by ocean waves or lava?

Design:
Eye color -- something that stands out from the base; maybe bright light green, aquamarine, or bright sky blue? Some sort of eye marking (for example, shiny gold "eyeshadow" on the upper eyelid, or a custom expression with shimmer, etc) would be lovely, but is not necessary.
Hoof color -- CC color(s), can be lighter or darker than the body, or can use bright colors, up to you!

Custom items: Tropical-inspired accessories with a Polynesian/Pacific theme. I like shells, coral, and tropical flowers the most, but could also make things like vines, seaweed, grass bracelet accessories, pearls, fantasy-inspired tropical jewelry (eg, Aztec/Mayan x Polynesian gold) and/or feathers. Or things like blue opals?

• I'd like at least 3 items: one on the head (ex. a headpiece by the ear, or something crown-like, like a crown of flowers or a crown of shells); one on the shoulders or neck (for example, a shell piece on the shoulder, or something like gold jewelry, or vines wrapped around the neck 2-3 times, or pearl strings, or a single-row shell necklace); and one on either the legs or the rump at the base of the tail. Specifics up to you but inspired by the refs below + your imagination!
  
• If using shells, I'd like variation in shell type and color, with mostly realistic-ish colors (but can also add hints of color like lavender, mint, light blue in addition to the standard browns, grays, reds/oranges). Specifics are up to you but may use abalones, snail shells, scallops, clams, cowries, limpets, starfish, etc. A nautilus shell would be cool! I also like conch shells and murex shells. I don't need all of these, these are just ideas to choose from. [shell examples]
  
• For flowers, hibiscus, plumeria, and bird of paradise are my favorite! I also like other tropical flowers like jasmine, passionflower/passiflora, and orchids. Please don't feel limited to these, I'd be happy with any! I'd love if the flowers were multicolor (ex, pink, red, and yellow hibiscus varieties, with white and orange plumerias, etc.) I also like monstera leaves and taro leaves as "fillers."
