So a hunt for a lost soul and seeking a troublesome piece? He wasn’t an escort solely for hunting down demon masks, but he may as well at this point. Though, their desires could be so easily found if it benefitted the deity that ruled this realm. One doesn’t predict madness.Coming to a stop, the chain would go slack to indicate that their target was near. Thank the heavens as his hand was feeling sore from the grip he had and how tighten the pull was.
“Your precious soul is near here. Within eyesight of you catch the fog right,” he told them before unraveling the chain from his hand to get the blood flow back into it.

The pair stopped as the chain went slackabd they both strained their eyes in the direction Lightning gave. There was definitely something there and Reich was the first one to regain his voice.
"Oni...Emiko, if you can hear my voice, come forward."

Three red orbs appear, glowing through the fog, in triangle form. Reich is answered in an empty whisper. "Oniii... Emiko... is sought...?"Key cautiously steps forward. "Emiko... It's me, Key. We need you back."A form begins to emerge from the fog, forehead horns jutting out in clear view... Soon her rippled physique stepped out of the fog, revealing herself. Fists in clenched at her sides, shoulders rigid, Oni Emiko gave a jerk of the neck, swerving head, as if searching beyond looking, into Key. "Do you?" Words cold.

"She's right Emiko." Reich replied clearing his throat, momentarily caught off guard by the visage that came out of the fog. He hadn't expected this, that was for certain. Whether it was due to the Void's influence or her own tormentor, Emiko truly looked like a demon.
"You are needed and wanted back. I know that you and I haven't always seen eye to eye with things, and I regret I didn't intervene when he...' he cast a dirty look at GBL.." cast you to this limbo. But I'm here, we're here to make things right. Please...please come back with us."

The Oni Emiko, taking an assessing step forward, scanning face from Key, Reich, GBL, and ending back at Reich.
"That so...?" She hissed. "By whom? For what?" The skepticism evident in her haunting voice.
In a worried glance, over at Reich, Key returned her sight back onto Oni Emiko. "Yo-your proper place in the timeline. Eliza, she misses you."
Oni Emiko tenses at mention of Eliza, then a long hissing sight escapes from her, followed by cackling laughter.
"Kekekeke-kah-hah-ha-ha-heh-heh... Your persuasion is weak... I will go... unconvinced... and tear you asunder, when I, Iron Oni, find your manipulative motivation."

He could tell things were starting to go downhill fast if her former caretaker couldn't talk sense into her. "Oni, that is enough. No violence is needed, but if you force my hand then so be it. If you won't do it for Eliza or for Key or anyone else....then do it for me. Come back because I want you back."
It was a shot in the dark, but what other choice did he have?

Iron Oni step closer in approach, as if sizing up her prey.
"Iron Oni... wanted, by ye? Heh-heh...you'll have me."
She slowly raises an upward palm in gesture for him to lead the way.

He nodded as she was willing to follow him. Something that GBL had said made him pause. "You mentioned something about a choice before. What exactly did you mean by that?"

If one was to pay any mind to GBL, he had sat back and pretty much disassociated from conversation. Eyes wandered around the realm with a mind lost to the very void they were in. It wasn't really until he heard something of a choice that snapped him back and looking to the one he had originally escorted in. "Choice? ... Ah, right. Choice. Follow the voice, make the choice. That's the entire essence of this realm. This is a type of limbo, but it isn't meant to be a cage for souls. One is meant to escape so long as they seek to, but to leave means making a choice. Who are you listening to? Who do you choose to follow? What path do you take? Do you live on for another, or do you live on for yourself? There's a lot of deep magic in the works here. Or you could--" he paused to look over to who they had found as he saw Iron Oni now that he was actually alert.
"Oh. Mask. ... Anyway, this whole realm is built on choice. It's freedom and a prison all in one."

He seems confused by the response. It seemed almost too good to be true. "Surely you're joking. It's that easy? Forgive me for saying this, but it feels like this was easy, almost too easy. What's the catch? Obviously your Moxcry doesn't want something for nothing?"

"The price is the results and.. maybe whatever this Oni is. I can't tell you what the catch might be because you are right. There is something in place, because all of this? It's to serve the concept of madness. May it be all the crap that you and I went through? or maybe something in the future? We'll have an answer." he explained, not really having much of an answer other than 'We'll see'.

He mulls the answer quietly as he saw they were of the same mind of the subject. "You speak the truth. In any case, we're done here." He followed Lightning as he led Reich, Key and the lumbering Oni through the madness before they arrived back in the room of chains.
It took a few moments for the disorienting effects to subside. "Key can you find your way back to the others with Emiko? I have something I wish to say to GBL".
She nodded as she led Emiko away. A few moments passed before Reich spoke. "I know we haven't always gotten along, but all things considered....thank you for your help." He held out a hand for the man to shake if he wanted.

Well, it was an odd thing to see after all of this, but it was something he'd take regardless of what the plans may be. GBL's hand reached forward to shake the other as he motioned on toward where others began walking. "No ill-feelings on my end, Reich." He stated with the realm growing quiet. The lost had been found, so now it was only a matter of time to see just what indeed has been found.
