Apparently this Lilo & Stitch crossover thing was not an isolated event - according to TVguide.co.uk, there was another crossover with Kim Possible!

I think I recall hearing about that back when I was living in Orlando (working for the dang company, at that, too : p)...Luckily, I was able to avoid seeing the abomination that it probably was...
Ugh, if any of these new Disney series make it into a Kingdom Hearts game, I'll lose the will to live right then and there....
But anyway, getting away from Disney; I have spotted both the Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain dvd sets in stores. Unfortunately, I'm in the process of saving money for a convention coming up in a couple of weeks (assuming a hurricane doesn't hit), so Yakko, Wakko, and Dot will have to wait for now. : p
Was never much into the P&tB series, mainly because I rarely caught it. Didn't it used to come on WB?....I really haven't gotten that channel until several years ago.

Sea-Salt Ice Cream Ugh, if any of these new Disney series make it into a Kingdom Hearts game, I'll lose the will to live right then and there.... Agreed - but if something like Darkwing made it into Kingdom Hearts, I'd import the game so fast it would be untrue biggrin Sea-Salt Ice Cream Was never much into the P&tB series, mainly because I rarely caught it. Didn't it used to come on WB?....I really haven't gotten that channel until several years ago. I'm pretty sure P&tB were on the Kids' WB, yeah. I think the series started after Animaniacs moved off Fox and onto the WB. Hence the gag credits along the lines of "Be the first kid on your block to actually watch the Kids' WB". LOL! We had a Warner channel over here on Sky a few years back, but I think it only lasted a year or so (ditto with the Weather Channel). At least satellite still has Turner Classic Movies, Boomerang and Cartoon Network. I'm hoping my boxset has arrived by now, but I'm in Reading at the moment, so I've no idea... DW

Cross your fingers, then DW. KH2 had Scrooge, so the Disney Duck universe does exist (though, it seems to exist only within Disney Castle).
There is a theory running that the next game will be an MMRPG, but if it isn't (fingers crossed), they'll have to start scrapping barrels. The TV franchises are a perfect place to start. Duckberg would be a superb level.

I wanna wander round Gyro's house and cause his inventions to go haywire! I wanna get in a crash with Launchpad (one you can walk away from, preferably)! I wanna thwart Magica De Spell's evil plans! I wanna join the nephews in the Junior Woodchucks! OK, I'm done. DW

It's fun to watch you show your fangirl side. It can get so giddy :p
I promise I'll keep you updated if there are advancements in KH3 which indicate even a slight hint of your dreams coming true. This said, I'm still scared for the title. Square may be forced to rush it out, depending on the success of the PS3...
Anywhere. Where did I drop that pesky topic *goes and searches for it*

I still want to pick up The Chronological Donald: Volume 2 for its special feature on the Barks duck universe - but, as with so many other things, it's on the list. sad

Crap, I don't like to take a thread off-topic, but when it comes to KH, I just can't help myself ( as this picture would indicate : p). I could imagine Darkwing Duck as a summon....You KNOW he'd make an awesome entrance....Not sure what his attacks would be, as it's been forever since I've seen the show. But, I'm definitely starting to see the dilemma the KH series might run itself into. I know the contract SquareEnix did allows up to 20 games for the series, but I'd really hope Nomura would be wise and keep it short and sweet (or at the very least, keep up the fine quality of the series thus far). I mean, they could go into SOME of the sequels (as they have with Aladdin)...I could imagine returning to the Pride Lands to go toe-to-toe with Scar's wife, for instance. I'd go more into that aspect if I wasn't feeling so guilty about dragging the thread out of orbit. XP ....Okay, methinks it's time to start up a KH thread here! ...Oh, btw, Samwise, Scrooge appeared in Hallow Bastion, as well as Huey, Duey, and Louie (although they hailed from Disney Castle, if that's what you meant ^^; ).

Aye, that's what I meant and HECK yeah DW would make a cool summon. Though summons are kind of wasted in the game, KH2 Genie being the exception, due to his humour level and Stitch because you NEED him for Underdrome. I'll stop the derailing, we can always continue hyping up KH in another thread, but if it's an Orgy Coat Swinging contest you're after... I have keyblades to back me up.

Friggin awesome...I was planning on making some keyblades for my costume, until I realized I had no clue on even were to start...especially with complicated ones like Oathkeeper and Oblivion.
But anyway, went ahead and made a more suitable thread to be rattling on about this in. So uh...you may return to your previously scheduled programming : P

I got Animaniacs! I got Animaniacs!
Watched "Bumbie's Mom" before I went home to my folks for the weekend. Awesome cartoon! Slappy Squirrel has to try and stop her nephew from being emotionally scarred by a movie - and then on the plane on the way back they start showing "Old Yellow"...
I'm really looking forward to seeing what bits might have been cut out of the show in the UK - they definitely cut out a line in the Siskel & Ebert send-up, cos I stumbled across it on Cartoon Network post 9pm.

Haha, I remember that episode...Just about all the Slappy bits were pretty good...gotta love an old squirrel with spunk!
Out of curiousity, what was cut out of the Siskel/Ebert roast? Can't really think of anything "objectional" (well, that deal with Slappy using "Ebert's" fat for butter was a bit on the crude side XP).

Can't really think of anything "objectional" (well, that deal with Slappy using "Ebert's" fat for butter was a bit on the crude side XP). That bit wasn't cut out, amazingly. It was Slappy's line (which I will quote as suitable for PG-13 if Animaniacs aired it!): "Persistent little buggers, ain't they?" Dunno about the States, but that word has *very* negative connotations in England. I think one of the best Slappy cartoons is when the Warners have to summon her to get rid of a really annoying Maria Von Trapp style nanny. Although she's annoying, she's not a bad person, so they can't make her life miserable. Slappy, on the other hand, has no such scruples... I'm going back to the DVD once ITV4 is finished with The Persuaders. Curtis & Moore are just perfect in that! DW

Dunno about the States, but that word has *very* negative connotations in England. I don't think that the true meaning is all that widely known in the US. I've got multiple friends in the comic-writing business, and one of them once tried to slip "sod" into a script of a "funny animal" book with the same target demographic as Sonic, as well as that. The poor bloke got the shock of his life when he replied "No" to my stunned "You DO know what that means, don't you?" whilst proof-reading.

They also cut a scene out of the episode with Beethoven, where the Warners make a play of the word "pianist" meaning that he should wash his mouth out with soap.
And yet they left in the same sort of play on the word "suppoena" (sp) in the episode entitled Warner Law. Go figure.
I also saw last night an episode entitled "Hello Nice Warners" (guess who they meet for the first time?) which I'd never seen before. Hurray!
