A good smack and he found himself with his back to the turnbuckle and a bit of a dazed expression. A hand on his jaw, he’d be staring at the ground for a moment before letting out a low whistle. That was… an eye opener. His back remained against the corner, remaining in a bad way.

It seems his opponent was coming to his senses now. Just like every man before him who stepped up to try and dethrone him. But the work was not done yet. Omen stepped into the corner, grabbing the hair of the Lotus, pulling up on it slowly to try and bring the man back to a vertical.

What’s a good way to wake up? A good pull of the hair. Standing back up whether he wanted to or not, he’d reach up with a hand to grab the forcing wrist and hand, but he’d try and retaliate with a toe kick back to the stomach.

GBL wasn't going to die without a fight. Despite the strikes and aggression, he would grab and nail a great kick into the stomach through the ropes, causing Omen to stumble to use his free hand to grab the rope, catching himself.

With some distance made and some freedom, Lunar would be holding to the top rope as he shook his head out to try and wake himself up after the previous blow. He did see his moment as he moved back to the corner to switch sides. Taking his chance, he’d leap to the top rope and jump off to attempt to double foot stop the arm holding the rope. He started the assault with an arm, May as well continue it.

Some athleticism being displayed by Lotus as he would stomp down on the arm of Omen which was resting on the rope for only a moment. Giving any opening to his opponent could be his undoing, but it would take more than that to subdue the Freak.
Omen would lean into the corner facing the center of the ring, holding the targeted arm.

A good hit and the Eclipse would move forward to lean up on the ropes to regain his balance from the landing. His smile returning and a look in his eyes like a predator finding weakness, he turned to face Omen that was holding onto his arm. There was a lot more work to do, no doubt. A start that'll lead to a finish. For now, he can mount some sort of offense with a hand moving across his chest, remembering the ten beats he took prior. Almost forgot about that uppercut. Taking a run, he would charge up to Omen with a leap and a flying elbow aimed to the head of his opponent.

Omen would begin to punished inside the corner, eating a chop and a forearm shortly after. Leaving the big man stirring in the corner, releasing the arm and leaning forward slightly.

Taking a step back, Lunar would see omen leaning forward from impact. Needing to keep this train rolling, he’d aim to snatch the head in a cravate head lock for control and release it while aiming a knee strike to the head. This monster was still standing. He needed to bring this beast down by any means, and the Eclipse had many ideas but few options.

Seems like Lunar was piling on the offense. Sneaking through a crevice and finding a way to deliver some punishment to his opponent as it would continue. The knee knocking Omen square in the temple and dropping him to a kneel.

One step closer, and he was finally able to have a decent reach against Omen.Only acceptable thing in his mind was to take those steps to throw his famed roaring elbow. One hand would pat the head of Omen before he made the turn and twist around for that elbow that’s brought him a lot of his success throughout the years.

Omen seemed to be crumbling, but the patting of the head seemed to wake up the Freak. As Lotus began to turn around to deliver the elbow, Omen would reach up and thrust his hand against his opponent's throat. Prepared to eat some of the elbow for the chance at the chance of dealing some serious damage.

Double impact? Better believe it. A crash against his throat did throw off some of his impact as he grabbed at his throat and stumbled back a bit. There had been history of throat and neck damage in the distant past thanks to a cutter and a back rest of a steel chair. The glory days of pain, he’d be leaning up on a far side ropes with a hand resting on his neck. A look of pain? Believe it. Yet an everlasting grin staining his features. Had to give a guy props for that.

Omen felt some rattling in his head after getting smashed by the elbow. But it could have definitely been a lot worse. Omen reached to his side, using the ropes to begin to pick himself back up to a vertical.

On the plus, The Eclipse knew he got his shot in even if it wasn't fully flush. After a moment, watching his opponent get back up, he would push himself off the ropes and walk back to the center of the ring with a hand still holding his throat. New plan needed. Avoid throat punches. That thought alone having the male laughing to himself
