“I wish it were easier on this planet for people like you, people who are nocturnal.” It wasn’t even easy for a night owl like himself, but someone like Sasha..it was harder for him. Watching as the other sipped their tea, because they were yawning, Ian felt bad for them being up this early but it was something to get used to on this planet. This was how things ran.
“Yes, we’re here.” Nodding as he helped the other, making sure he didn’t drop anything, Ian gently guided him off the bus and headed them towards the cafe. Weaving and moving around people getting on, and off, the bus Ian was quick to get them clear of all people and off towards the cafe. Pulled into the cafe by Sasha the dark haired male was shaking his head, amused.
Approaching the table, pulled along by Sasha, he gave a small smile. “Thank you for meeting up with Sasha, he’s been excited about this.” Shaking his head Ian looked down at the other at his side. “Why don’t you grab a seat and I can grab you something to nibble on.” Since he had the thermos of tea still. Before they left he’d get them both something else to drink.
Waving her hand EunKyung was smiling up at the two of them, well she could see why Sasha found the other male attractive. He wasn’t to her taste but he was nice on the eyes. “It’s ok, you weren’t late, my bus was just a bit early.” Motioning for Sasha to sit, seeing as it seemed his friend was going to get food.
“I bought you some things Sasha, I think you’ll find some things you like - at least I hope you do.”

Smiling widely, Sasha took a seat and waved slightly as Ian wandered off to get something for them to eat. “Oh, okay.” Nodding, he was glad they weren’t late though he was sure Eunkyung wouldn’t get mad like some other people might. They knew he wasn’t from here so it was nice that they were patient like Ian was.
“Thank you.” Looking curiously over the bag, he saw a few things that had fruit symbols on them, things that he recognized now that Ian had explained fruit flavors snacks, and items that could be found all over and in every season.
“That’s Ian.” Nodding again as he looked to spot them grabbing things and checking out at the counter, something he was getting better at himself but still a bit slow and nervous over. The words weren’t always there when he needed them and there was still a lot he didn’t know about how they all interacted.
“Took advice, it worked.” Smiling as he looked back towards Eunkyung.

“That bag but also that.” Nodding to the backpack he’d had with her. “That one's full also.” She had packed both things with fruits, snacks, seaweeks and drinks hoping he’d find many things to enjoy. “You should try things when you get home..I also added in a warning note on one of the fruits.” The durian…because she knew it smelled bad, she didn’t know anyone who thought it smelled good. But it did taste good, at least she thought it did.
“Oh! He is good looking,I can see why you find him attractive.” She might be dating someone but she wasn’t blind, not at all, and she could see why Sasha would like them. He was different, with the piercings, though she was surprised they were Sasha’s type but who knew…stranger things. Sometimes opposites did attract.
“I’m so glad the advice worked!” Because she had been hoping it would, she’d been waiting to ask him about it really, so she was pleased he offered up the good news. “Oh, I’m so glad for you.”

Looking over all the snacks with wide eyes, he wasn’t sure he could manage them all himself. Hopefully, Ian would help him with them but he was excited either way to try. “Warning note?” Confused by something that sounded dangerous, he wondered if it was like those exploding fruits Ian had shown him that thankfully didn’t grow here in the city, much like those weird pinecones that had been a one-off during the holidays.
The mention of attractiveness went over his head and he tilted it in confusion. “Kind like before.” Answering with what he felt made more sense, though he did think they were cute but he wasn’t sure if the words they said meant the same thing.
“Mmm during cold, asked at the market.” Keeping a bit quiet as he strung the words together, he wasn’t sure if anyone would think him out of place with the way he talked.

“Yes, one of those fruits in there…the massive one at the bottom, smells really bad and not everyone even likes it. Some people, like myself, really like it though.” She’d leave the note though, to remind them once they got to that particular fruit, it was a good idea to give some warning about that one before they smelled out their home or bothered other people with the smell of it.
“So you like him for who he is more than his looks. That’s good.” Smiling as she watched Ian returning to the table with some food for himself and Sasha. “The market is a good place, you mean the holiday market?” Wanting to be sure, it was a romantic place in a way and a very good place to ask someone out. With how old it was and the atmosphere there…it was perfect for cuddling really. It was a good date option really.
Coming back to the table Ian plopped himself into a chair next to Sasha, offering him some hot pastry to try. “Fresh and warm, it’ll go well with the tea you have,” Nibbling on his own treat as he broke pieces off slowly, wanting to savor it. “So, what were you two talking about while I was over there?” Nodding to the counter he’d just come from.

“Ohhhhhhhh smelly.” So not dangerous just something humans might not like. It made sense and he was fine about things not smelling great, after all a lot of the things on his world smelled different than they did here.
“Yes, maybe?” Reaching to scratch at the back of his head as he tried to remember if that’s what it was called, he was glad to see Ian coming back. With the arrival of snacks, he pulled his thermos out to sip at the tea and started nibbling at things.
“Good food, and you.” Nodding thoughtfully between bites of fruit pie. It really was sweet, almost more so than the fresh fruit, and it helped wake him up. Something that would make this little visit go well so he wouldn’t doze off while Ian and Eunkyung talked things over. He was just glad to see how they interacted, learning a bit more about things as they spoke. It would have to happen again, that he was sure of as he focused on his food.
