Nice! funny my DA account name is based on an RP character I had here on gaia so I probably couldn't forget it lol in Fact ThoughtsofaDame is also based on that character. crzy how Gaia had such a profound influence over how I present myself online.


I haven't started a whole journal quite yet but I did do the cover! I specifically got one of the design your own cover sketchbooks. I also have a separate sketchbook that i dipped in coffee to age. I have this whole plan to make it a detectives journal with stuff she finds as she works on the case. So like half junk journal/half first person mystery book. I have to nail down the details of the story first but it won't be my first time writing either. I completed nanowrimo 4 different years. and this is gonna be less than 50000 words.

I love the idea of doing a concept journal with a POV style!!! Kinda like roleplaying but journaling lol.

Also I love how no artists are beating the allegations of owning multiple sketchbooks for no reason 🙃 So much unfinished sketchbooks....

If I don't have my 337 unfinished sketchbooks/journals I will lose my mind.
But Also i just finished one!

Also X2 my husband has finished like 14 sketchbooks in the last 4 years and has the nerve to act like he's no good. scream he has 2 maybe 3 unfinished sketchbooks lying around rolleyes

Nice! I think no one instantly becomes the best artist ever. In fact, if you look back at your past work and think: Wow, I really sucked! That means you know what you can improve on for the better!

I'm always feeling like that LOL

bruh y'all don't get me started on hobby stores
my craft closet is full to bursting with "I'm totally gonna learn to do this/craft this thing/try this new medium!" ...untouched. unopened
