Smiling as they mentioned recipes and making things at home, he was excited to see them cook again. A lot of the time, they did it while he was asleep, so he never quite figured out how something was made, even if he liked to eat it. Plus it meant they wouldn't be off-put again by some of the plants he chose to eat which were apparently toxic to humans.

Blinking for a second, his smile grew as they said they liked him too, at least until he noticed them looking around. Then something seemed to shift, and he felt a bit uncertain. It was different here, much more so than it had been on either Erinome or on Chaldene. There were so many social rules or things that he couldn't understand but this felt like something he was flailing even more with.

Quieting more, he looked back down at his hands. That warmth from the cider was starting to fade and with it came doubts again. Even if he liked Ian, they weren't Amel and that meant they might not feel the same way. He tried to remember what the nice lady had told him, that other senshi who had helped him before. They'd talked to him about it even if it wasn't something normal to humans and she'd helped him figure things out about splitting stuff up.

Changing his mind, he stood up and looked around at all the stalls again, seeing which ones would be best to look at next. The smile he offered didn't reach his eyes this time as he gently tugged their sleeve. "You are a good friend."

It was a line he'd heard before, what some of the human senshi - even the one nice corrupt one, had said when they wanted to talk more and meet more so it worked even if it wasn't what he felt fit.

s**t, cursing himself Ian reached out across the table and tugged their sleeve. "No, you meant it as more than that. I didn't....I didn't know you meant it that way." Because somehow he hadn't seen the other was as anything other than being innocent, very innocent, and maybe they were but he knew they'd had some relatgionship with his past self. How far and deep it went he didn't know, not entierly anyway, but he knew it had been there. Yet he'd still not seen the other as someone old enough, or rather matgure enough, for those feelings. They were still very innocent to Ian. Perhaps, and very likely, it was due tgo them being so new to this planet and new to so many things. Maybe if they were back on their planet, if things weren't as they were, than he wouldn't see Sasha that way.

Pulling Sasha down, and towards himself, nearly across the table Ian leaned in and in a sudden action that he'd later claim to not have thought about before doing - he pressed his lips to Sasha's. His other hand came up to grip the collar of the others coat, his lips still pressed to the others, Ian had already closed his eyes as he felt embarassed and his cheeks were warm. He was feeling shock run through him over this, over what he was doing, but it didn't feel...wrong. He wasn't sure what he felt but wrong wasn't it, he knew that.

The quick motion startled Sasha and he wasn't sure what to do or say as he went from standing to being pulled across the table. He didn't really fight the tug though, it wasn't like they were pulling him in for a bad reason. What happened wasn't what he expected either and his eyes widened as they kissed him, a small noise of surprise coming out.

With Ian holding onto his collar it wasn't like he could go anyway, not that he was sure he could figure out where to go. One thing that he did notice, which made him smile before he finally pulled back just a bit, was the cold feeling of those metal piercings they had touching him.

Reaching up he ruffled their hair and smiled so much his face hurt. "Not friend, boyfriend?" That's what Hamal had called it and it felt like it meant more which was what he wanted. Poking their cheek lightly before speaking again, he was glad to see that nobody thought it was weird. It was just something normal here which made him happier. "I like you." Nodding again to confirm what he was saying before he kissed them again. It wasn't something he was ever good at but he had a feeling they didn't remember that and more often than not he was okay with them not remembering things from the past.

Was that what he wanted? Boyfriend...what did he consider Sasha? Boyfriend seemed like the best option. But did he want to date Sasha? The idea didn't bother him...and he had told Xander he'd just tell his motehr they were married, to explain Sasha using his last name. He'd gone along with things so easily, including sharing his bed, his clothing, and washing with the other. Ian was sure he'd have never done those things with anyone else, the idea of doing those things with anyone else was off putting and uncomfortable.

He supposed that answered the question, didn't it?

Withdrawing, enough to eye the other, his cheek had been poked and the other looked more than a little happy. "Good, we're on the same page then." He really had to teach the otehr slang terms, he wasn't sure he'd taught him this one, another thing to work with Sasha on. The next kiss, this one intiated by Sasha, had him pressing back for a moment before pulling back. "This is...new. I mean not us but in general. I haven't doine the dating thing, too busy with everything else." Too busy on his computer gaming, hacking, and talking to his friends online. He didn't meet his friends online in real life, aside from the one who was also a knight, but he didn't go out and socalize in real life either. So there was really no way for him to date...not really. So he just hadn't, and it had never bothered hi mand still didn't, but this was new for him and he might as well just say it. "We'll have to figure this all out. First though...more shopping?"

Maybe he didn't quiet get most slang but this one he did, at least he had an idea since it was like when they were both looking at the same page of a book so it had to mean understanding.

Cocking his head slightly as they mentioned things being new and them being busy, he felt maybe he knew more about this even if he didn't know about Earth. "It's okay." Standing up and nodding, he tugged on their sleeve again.

"More cider!" It was getting a bit cold again so more shopping and more warm drinks, maybe to celebrate a bit because he felt like he wanted to.

It was nice here tonight, far from that worry he had over the situation he was stuck in with the corrupt but it would be fine, he'd figure it out just like he and Ian would figure out the dating thing. But at that point, part of him wondered if he would consider Ian his first or second boyfriend? He'd have to ask Hamal, she was really good at helping him figure out how that stuff worked here on Earth even if he wasn't great at explaining it. Most of the humans he met seemed to be patient with him at least so it wasn't too bad.

Laughing as he was pulled to his feet by the other. "Alright, more cider, I think we could use it. We should see if any places of soup or stew as well." Something nice and warm, heavy and filling, it would be nice if they could find such for the both of them. If they didn't find a soup, or a stew, he would make something when they got home. He kept enough in their place to make either thing, even if Sasha did like to eat fruits and veggies more than anything else.

"Why don't we see about some hand made stockings as well? To hang by the fireplace in the house." He really was thinking of their ownb home, the holiday season was to blame for it, he hadn't considered it till now but he'd been fine living on his own till now as well. He had company now, someone he was constantly around and helping and talking to. Finding his own home, a safe place for them both to decorate and call their own, was feeling like a nicer idea to Ian.
