Sighing and shaking his head he knew they were right even if he wanted some of those scarves back. At least now Liam had a scarf too so that they could stay warm in the winter as well, not that they didn’t already handle it better than he did. It was something that he’d noticed early on and honestly felt the slightest bit of jealousy over.
“I assume online and we can just make a note or bookmark things on the chromebook we keep for ordering things in the kitchen?” He had more than enough notes and things saved on there now that Liam had been living with him so that they could both order things each other liked while avoiding what they didn’t like.
Stopping once he found a stall with more desserts and drinks, he looked for an apple pie and found one with an autumn leaf pattern made of pastry strew over top of it. It didn’t take long for him to get it purchased as Liam mentioned the cider for his sister. “Maybe? I think she would try whatever you offered, you have that way with her which I find shocking to say the least. Hold the pie and I can get the cider and we can head home?” Offering the boxed-up pie, still steaming and fresh from the vendor, he picked out a plain cider as well as two berry-flavoured ones to bring home. The bottles were a bit heavy but at least they were properly packaged so they wouldn’t bound around and break in the car on the way home.
“When we get home, we can sit by the fire and have some of the pie? Maybe pull that mattress out and rest there for the night?” Hinting at things as he looked at his fiancé innocently.

“I mean I was talking more about how do you order groceries from Japan…I can’t imagine a grocery store shipping so far or it arriving in good shape, since it’s produce and can go bad. But I mean…we can look into it.” Liam rather liked that they shared the chromebook in the house, sharing something like that and having it set up as they did, gave the blond a nice warm feeling when he used it to order things for them. He knew why but it was hard to put into words, so he hadn’t mentioned it to Aloysius.
“I think it’s because I look into each place I order food from.” Taking the pie, all nicely boxed up, and holding it close to himself so it didn’t fall if he were jostled by anyone. “I look into reviews and go over menus and anything else I can.” He did his research before ordering food from a place, he wanted good authentic food, and he was willing to pay for it.
“Oh, berry.” Spotting the label on the bottles and smiling he nodded his head. “Home sounds good, I don’t want to keep walking around with these things.” Knowing their luck someone would walk into them and things would spill and be ruined, no going home was good. “Yes, pie by the fire would be nice, and a warm pot of tea to share. It’s a cold night and I’d rather it be spent in a warm place.” He did agree with his fiance's thoughts, and hoped the look he gave them said as much,. It would certainly be a warm night once they got home.
