“Ah Okay.” It was making more sense at least and he noted the words money and groceries down to remember as important things based on the context. He was slowly picking up the words they used and figuring them out but it would take time, at least some things sounded similar enough he could fill the gap in a way.
“Yes, a lot a lot.” Nodding excitedly as they brought up things he really liked, he forgot for a moment and went to squeeze them in a tight hug as he rubbed his face into their shoulder. “Like before like before.” And then he froze and looked up and felt bad. “Ah… sorry.” He hadn’t asked if it was okay to hug them, or if they even liked that sort of thing or him. This wasn’t Amel, even if they had similar hobbies and looks. Pulling back he rubbed his face and hung his head. “Sorry.” Repeating it softly as he fiddled with the fringe on his green sash.

Stunned to have the other hugging him, because outside of his mother people didn’t hug him, the eternal stood there for several moments before shaking his head. “It’s fine…I understand.” And he did, he must remind the other greatly of Amel, and they were of course happy with the idea of coming here more often, he understood why they hugged him.
“You don’t need to apologize, it’s understandable. But we’ll come back here as often as I can, maybe my planet will enjoy having more than one person up here…” Though he doubted his planet, this planet, would do anything for him really. He knew others were royals, had connections to their planets, even transcended and had knights. But none of that was ever likely to happen to him. He would start coming here though if only because the other wanted to be here and it would, at least he hoped, help them with what they’d been through before arriving in destiny city.
