"I like your name,it's cute, it suits you." He smiled at her. "My name is Swift, as you can see I like reading, flying and playing games with my family. Do you have a family?" He asked without thinking.

He looked sad, he shouldn't have said that without thinking, he felt bad, how could he be so dumb!
"Oh no, I am so sorry!!!!" He wiped her tears away. "I'm so sorry Pixi, I didn't think, I have to realise that not everyone has a family, I'm so sorry.." He pulled her into a hug. "If you want, I will be your friend, I understand how hard it is to not have a family." He patted her back as he hugged her.

"I understand, I've been alone since i grew up, it isn't my family's fault tho, I just needed to get away. But i didn't realise how hard it is to be alone. One day I will go back and visit, but not until I get a mate.... But how am I to find love when im always alone?" He then realised he was talking out loud, he felt her warmth, it felt nice, natural. He blushed at what he said, but was happy he said it, maybe she found him attractive? She is absolutely beautiful. He refused to get his hopes up, but he would enjoy this for as long as it lasts., "You know, I find you to be beautiful, but I need to get to know you, would you be interested in hanging out with me for the day?"

"Maybe you could stay a few days, I will sleep on the floor, you can have the bed all to yourself. Do you live close by?" He wondered where she was going, it would be exciting to have a friend near, well a friend, his first friend. this was really exciting, not to mention how beautiful she was, if only he was as beautiful.

"Okay, no questions, but in time i hope you learn to trust me....I mean if you ever feel like you want to trust me." He sat up. He looked out his window, he had put a window in the side of the hill so he could watch storms. "It is turning dark, are you getting hungry? I have fresh fish that I can cook outside on the fire pit. sound good?" He hoped she liked fish. He wondered what the big secret was, and why she wouldn't tell him? Oh, she doesn't trust me yet. He thought. He hoped he could earn her trust soon.

"Of course I will teach you, but there is nothing to it, you stick em on sticks and keep turning them until you feel they are fully cooked, sometimes they are a lil raw, sometimes they are over done, but they still are edible and I'm not picky, I don't mind if the fish is a little raw or a little over done." He went into the fridge and took out four big fish, then grabbed the sticks he especially made for cooking fish. "Lets go make a fire! I'm starving." He laughed and started down the tunnel to the outside.

He stuck his tongue out back at her. "I know right? It is so nice, but to be honest, it is very lonely, no one lives near me, and sometimes I feel I made a mistake moving out here all alone. But I still love it here. I need to buy some more books to read, I like reading, it passes the time when you don't have anything else to do." He walked to a lump of snow. "Its under here..." He placed the fish down on the fresh snow and started to dig it out, and uncover the stones surrounding it, and down to the soot that was left over from his last fire. He got all the snow out, but he wasn't paying attention and flung most of the snow onto Pixi. He looked at her and started laughing. "You look like a snow man!" He giggled even harder.
