Endellion raised their own hand and looped their pinky with Mako's.
"Okay, time to do this." "Not without paying first," The piercer smiled. When the teenager turned the older man was giving the counter a 'subtle' little tap with his index finger and after a little bit of price haggling Endellion offered up the necessary coin. Once everything was set and squared away, he walked away from the counter toward the room in the back, motioning over his shoulder for the pair to follow.
"Real quick and then the apothecary." Endellion wasn't sure who they were repeating it for; themselves or Mako. Was it normal to be sweating this much? Sure.
Maybe.
Even when they were in the secluded back room Endellion still felt nervous. Occasionally they would look up to Mako, just to make sure they weren't alone, but when they were instructed to lie back on the table and pull up their shirt they did so without much fuss.
