"I'd like that." They'd talked a bit about the style they painted in but he hadn't seen it. It also meant he'd get them to stop by again. They'd been better in a lot of ways than the others he'd been flinging with here and there.
Chancing a touch to his ankle, he hissed slightly from the twinge of pain. "Yup, fine, just be careful with the stopping." Forcing a smile as he tried to keep his leg from shifting more. "Ah, you can park over there in the lot. The meter maid shouldn't be out tonight." Luckily it was close enough to the stairs that it wouldn't take long even with keeping his leg off the ground. He'd kill for a set of crutches just to get from place to place, at least then it would be easier to keep weight off things.

"If she's not going to be out tonight." Trailing off, if she did turn up he could handle her anyway, he was certain she wouldn't be able to stand up against him if he really needed to power up and deal with her. He'd just leave her somewhere warm and unconsious. He wasn't going to kill someone for doing their job, even if it was inconvientant for him, he'd just leave her drained and asleep.
Turning into one of the lots to park he found himself a spot and pulled in. "Alright, let's get you into the store and I'll help you to the back so you can settle in. If you do need a doctor...or a hospital let me know." Which meant giving the other his phone number, not something he'd plannedon doing at all but apparently he would need it. Climbing out of the sub and moving round to the others side he went about helping him out of the car as slowly as he could, taking care to not jostle him too much.
"The stairs won't be easy but we'll manage it."

That was something he hadn't dealt with here yet, only knowing the horror stories he'd heard about how shitty the healthcare system was. He'd be able to afford whatever needed to be done but he wasn't looking forward to all the red tape and problems that might come up with him being from another country. It would be a whole headache stacked on top of it being a holiday. "Hope not but if it comes to that then I'll let you know."
Leaning on the other as they made their way towards the stairs, he could already see the ice on them before reaching the first step. "Oh... s**t..." Reaching for the railing, it too was covered in ice. Turning a bit to look at Alexandre, he saw a few more of those rabbits hopping and playing in the parking lot. Sighing, he wondered if it would be easier to scoot down each stair on his a**. It would be cold but at least he wouldn't fall and really break something.

"Good, I'll help as much as I can." He didn't mind helping someone out if, and when, it was needed it also gave him something to do. Though he really did dislike hospitals, for so many reasons, he was not a fan of the places and he did try and avoid them. Going as far as letting other patch him up after incidents where it was needed, and avoiding his cousin Lorcan who would ask too many questions and find out the truth.
Spotting the ice as well he sighed, puffing up his cheeks for a moment. "Well, this isn't going to be easy." He was thinking similar to the other already, even without knowing it. "I saw we scoot down on our asses so we don't slip and fall. I'd rather not die by slipping on ice." That would not look good for himself nor his family...to die by slipping on ice - in this city! No thank you, he'd much prefer a better way of dying and not till after the war was over, he still had more senshi and knights to deal with.
"I might allow you to keep one kleg stretched out as well that way."

Laughing as he started settling down onto the ground, he’d done this before quite a few times. ”You really don’t have to come in, I should be fine.” Looking up at the other as they puffed their cheeks out, it was kinda cute.
Taking it one step at a time as he held onto the railing, he cautiously made his way down the twelve stairs to the landing. It was a pain but at least the landing was still just wet and not frozen from the heat coming out underneath the door. Getting back up was a bit more difficult though as he tried balancing and keeping from stepping down on the leg that hurt.

"You aren't likely to make the walk to the backroom with any amoutn of ease." And if they tripped on something they were not likely to get back up easily. "I'll get you to the backroom and then I'll go." Because he should get home and get some thigns done, he had a few chores to do about the house.
Since they'd both gone down on their asses it wasn't the easiest thing in the world to get back up, and not slip whilst doing so, but he had a lot easier time than the other. Once on his feet he was moving to help the other get up without putting weight o nthe injured ankle. "Got your key?" So they could get in and the other didn't have to worry abotu ice and snow and somehow getting further hurt. Keeping the other against his side, an arm about Rene's mid section, he held onto them and kept as much weight from the other as he could.

"Okay, just don't break your neck leaving." Leaning on them as he dug the keys out of his pocket, he shuffled the keyring around until the right one was in his hand and he got the door open. Luckily the door swung inwards so he could they wouldn't have to try dodging it on the ice.
Using the door and its frame for support, he managed his way inside with the other and shook his phone until the light came on. "Don't wanna hit all the lights and have people think I'm open this late or early tomorrow morning. Though I figure people will be spending time with their families tomorrow." Feeling a bit sad as he said the last bit, he worked with them to make it to the back room where he eased onto the bed and carefully pulled off his boot and sock.
"Yup... figured... s**t." His ankle was swollen and warm to the touch but he could move his toes and sort of rotate it. "Sprained it, damn rabbit holes." Laying back, he reached and shuffled in the drawer of the nightstand until he found a roll of brown fabric. Working slowly and carefully, he wrapped his ankle with the compression wrap and threw a few pillows under it before offering Alexandre and thumbs up. "I'll be fine on this but I may die if you don't visit and bring me an espresso while I'm wounded." Smiling up at them as he started pulling off his coat and layers. "If you need to get home now that I'm settled just lock the door behind you. I'm just gonna take some advil or something and try to sleep."

Looking down at the others ankle, once they were settledonto their bed, he nodded his head slowly. "It certainly looks it, at least it's not broken. If you need to see a doctor I can offer someone." While he would normally offer up Lorcan, he trusted his cousin, he also wasn't sure if he wanted to trust his cousin with Rene. It wasn't that Lorcan wasn't professional, he most certainly was, but his cousin would also put puzzle pieces together and then start to question Rene. Alexandre was pretty sure he didn't want to deal with that right now. Thankfully there were other doctors, and nurses, in the family who he could suggest to Rene.
Rolling his eyes he held out a hand. "If I'm locking up I'll need the keys, which means I'll have to drop them off tomorrow for you." So he'd also have to bring espresso for the other. "Unless you'd rather I stay the night and you can let me out tomorrow and lock up yourself." Raising a brow at the other, silently questioning him. The ball was in the others court; as some might say.

"I'll be fine, I can order crutches if I really need them but with the holiday I doubt many people will be coming in for the next few days. I've had it happen before plenty of times back home." Moving to pull out his keys, he paused for a moment and weighed his options. Just one more string, another little tether, it wouldn't hurt, right?
The fact they even hinted at it made him feel more than he'd originally wanted to but he bit it down and scratched at the back of his head. "I think you would have to do most of the work if you did but I would appreciate the company." He scooted over as carefully as he could to make room and smiled. "Guess it means Merry Christmas to me then doesn't it?"
