Reich titled his head as Emiko referred to him as a traitor. Those were some harsh words indeed and being labeled as something he wasn't didn't sit right with him. But despite the uncalled for statement, he decided to continue with a diplomatic approach.
"Frau Sone, I believe there is some unneeded hostilities between us and despite what has gone on between us, I don't wish any ill will between us. If I have done something, said something to offend you, please forgive me and allow myself to make restitutions for it."

The crowd would roar as Emiko would extend a match outward to Trent. The two who have quit the checkered past within the last few months had finally made amends with the stipulation that the two wouldn't compete. But, Emiko now extends the invitation, around Christmas of all times. What a gift for the crowd. But, not tonight.
Trent was about to speak, but it seems like Reich had some words. An apology or an attempt at making amends. Before Emiko could respond or really sit on it, Trent would interject.
"Well, Emiko. It is the time of giving, and you are definitely giving me a great gift in the form of us being able to turn back the clock on better terms. But, if you are giving me the gift of turning time back. I think you should hear Erynys out."
The crowd would cheer. It was obvious both men were on better terms.
"Despite what you are going through in these very moments, regardless of how we will conflict. We all came from Apex and I think, even to this moment in time, still have the best interests of everyone who were apart of it."
Trent would now let that sit. Hoping that Erynys willingness to accept fault for whatever happened between the two, and Trent sticking up for him, would reach to Emiko.
Definitely a change up in atmosphere, especially seeing that just moments before the conversation she was having with Rizzoto.

Putting a hand to her frontal lobe, Emiko chuckled at Reich's stupidity. How could he not know?
Trent silenced Sone's scoffing, causing her to contemplate and cross arms, narrowing eye at Erynys.
"Mmmm... are you saying I was a member of Apex? If so, I wasn't aware. But.." Rolling up her eye, she sighed.
"My body is whole again in the end and I expect you keep Keeper exuberant. So, yes, you gain my forgiveness. Do not cross me again."

He nodded his head with relief as he managed to smooth things over with Sone. "You needn't worry about Frau Key. She is being well taken care of..."
A sudden shift in the noise of the crowd made him pause and he turned his attention to see the tall pissed off Austrian storm her way through the curtain and he instinctively put himself between Emiko and Thelka who tried to shove him out of the way so that she could get in Emiko's face.
"Well look who came slithering out of her hole. You got a lot of nerve showing your face after that stunt you pulled. If I were you, I'd start talking before I knock your teeth down your throat."

The crowd begins to loudly boo as Cartwright Strong Style appear on the stage.
The Boss looks at the two members of Apex with disdain before he turns his attention to Emiko.
Cartwright: "I don't remember green-lighting this segment!
I'm going to have to cut time in The Butler's match to make up for this promo going too long!"
The Butler sulks on this fourth wall breaking news.
Cartwright: "We need to wrap this thing up before the advertisers get any more upset!"

Mouth of Sone formed a snarling frown, not very appreciative with Thelka's disgusting words, in her approach! So disrespectful!
And before Emiko could throw down a response in kind.. out came Cartwright, crew in tow! Uh oh! A warning!
"Oh.. how good to see you join me here tonight.." Sone starting to sweat, as the boss reigned down pressure on her now!
"There is something good for you Mr. Wright and your service man." Fast talking in hopes at placating her payer.
Taking a second to address the Austrian woman. "Knock my teeth out and you'll never get your answer. In fact, you can earn it next year."
Emiko, through with Thelka, leaving her to be dragged off stage by Reich.. and reconnected in facing again, with the leader of Strong Style.
Sone offered up an empty smile.

Cartwright smirks as Reich and Thelka leave.
Cartwright: "I'll look forward to seeing that business take care of itself!
But back to more important matters, which is me and my matters!
Whatever could you have that is good for Cartwright Strong Style?!"
Cartwright says curiously, not totally writing-off this possible Apex associate.

Puckering and contorting her lips, forging a play at thinking hard! A tactful act of surprise expressed, Emiko slid up a crafty smile!
"I offer opportunity. An opportunity to reunite with an old tag partner, one from your much younger days."
Sone didn't end there, drifting her eye to rest upon The Butler.. "And.. That Butler of yours.. could do with some lessons, that I can upskill him in."
Stepping aback from the Englishman, Emiko added.. "While you consider my offer, I will finish my tale end, of the year..
An affectionate grin grew up Sone's cheeks. "Where mingling with what frightened me, became my dearest."
The expression that carried a shine in her eye, faded to morph into a cold sadness.. bringing in the turnabout of her downfall!
"To have it all come crashing down, truly a No Mercy event. Torn down by the multitude of pressures to meet the demanding expectations for that night.
And then it all boils over from one man. A friend, closer to my opponent than I. Throwing me into anxiety, rather than focus, by pitting my daughter to a match."
A pause from Sone. Tensed face, hands in tight grip, and eye mired in wrath.. yet tone of her words spoke in despair.
"I cracked and couldn't continue forward to my own match. Fallen from vast opportunities..

Despite my guilt ridden penance of offering up a complete historical Championship Archive..

And for the third month in a row, Power, a family that had invited me in, had now ceased contact with me.
So.. why continue to accept family, that is not? At our last show, Survivor Series, I accepted my father's embracement and am on way to become who I am supposed to be!"

Shoot to Thrill The main lights dimmed slightly as the Huntress' music played over the PA. Blue strobe lights came to life, fluttering over the audience. Finally, the woman herself, Luca Leone stepped out to the the stage. She grinned as the music drowned out the boos coming from the crowd, and took a bite from a candy bar she brought out with her. It was no ordinary bar, it was one of the new dark chocolate mint Mbadi Meal replacement bars! The Huntress perked up as the the mix of chocolaty goodness and refreshing mint flavor danced on her tongue.
The Lioness glanced around her as the music died down. Her last encounter with Emiko was an emotional one, but meeting with her girlfriend tonight, Luca's state was hard to read behind her LED glasses and her masking smile. Finally, raising the microphone at her side, she spoke up. "Merry Christmas, Missy."

The burst of music brought brows up, as Sone turned to look at Luca, with a warm tender eye. "Merry Christmas, Bewty Blue." Responded in kind, through a soft smile.
Stuffing the book received earlier from Emile, in the side of her pant line, Emiko bit at the bottom of her lip, appearing uncharacteristically flustered!
Taking an eager step forward, yet withholding herself, from being too close! Kind of eating her fateful words of last encounter now!
"I.. I-I am so grateful you're here.. tonight, I have the most valuable thing I can offer to gift you." Sone nervously ran a few fingers through the side of her hair.
"just need to.." Emiko glanced downward, patting sides of her legs and shirt, searching.. "Oh, hold.." Lifting a leg, she tugged free her foot from it's shoe prison!
Shaking the shoe upside down.. "No.." This time taking a knee to more securely remove the other shoe and lifted the shoe level to her face, peeking inside..
Holstering the mic inside her shoe, Sone uncovered the front toe end of her Adidas, revealing an oval sapphire diamond ring, with white gold band!
Taking hold of her mic, presenting the makeshift custom ring box upwards to Luca Leone!
"There is no one else I trust, more than you. We have been through the thick and thin of times.We may have just started dating, for a few months..
But we've been living together, as we've work together, for years now.. I offer you my life.. Te amo."

The Blue Blossom watched as Emiko flustered through her words. She took another bite of the chocolate bar as her girlfriend frantically searched for something. Finally it happened, from a kneeling position, Emiko raised a blue engagement ring up towards the Huntress. Luca instantly flushed a crimson red behind her LED glasses as she saw the ring. She bit down on her lower lip to maintain her expression.
Kneeling down to come face to face with Emiko, Luca leaned in to give her girlfriend a kiss. "Te amo, Missy." Pulling herself up, she took a step back before continuing. The Lioness shook her head. "But no, I don't think we're there yet."

Looking up at Luca, in adoration, that went down to wonderment, at The Blue Blossom downing herself to a kneel.
Sone so taken in by the kiss, she was certain in assurance, without question! Her love had accepted and now betrothed!
Emiko so elated, she began to well up and sniffled, nodding, following to stand with the Huntress.
Fans applauding, in at least respect, appreciating their new found happiness, despite their recent behavior of questionable deviousness!
And then the ball dropped. And Emiko's face was plastered in a moment of frozen time shock! That adoration, that smile in her eye!
Just melting off her face! Like sweat! Completely melted away! Feelings felt played, her face unpleasantly went dour!
Closing the toe of her shoe. "I.. respect that." Emiko finally giving a reply, that told disappointing pain in her voice, she could not overall hide.
"Until another time, Bewty Blue.." Sone gave a nod, one with depth, telling a parting in respect.
And made way, walking past Luca Leone, without her proud steps and imperious demeanor, for an exit stage.
