Right before the ref was about to hit for the 2, Ramona kicked out. She started to move, trying to shake off the attacks, wishing that her brother was there to lend her his power.

Emiko rose hands to her lips, covering them, worrying for her, her auntie.
Knowing she had the resilience and not wanting to see her fight relinquished!
Then.. relief fell Sone's anxiety, to see auntie fight on!

The Blue Blossom sat up after the kick out. Unfortunately, Luca's combination was hardly enough to phase Ramona. Rolling over onto a knee, she would stay the course and attempting to lift her opponent up just enough to before going for a snap suplex.

Ramona was brought up. As Luca went to deliver a snap suplex, Ramona would throw a fist out in an attempt at preventing Luca from following through. She would attempt to deliver a series of blows to try and mount some sort of defensive offense.

The suplex was suddenly halted as Luca was struck by Ramona's fist, which was immediately followed up by another. After being struck by multiple blows, the Lioness would respond by throwing some of her own.

Ramona was caught with the blows and staggered back a step, trying to defend herself. This match was definitely not going her way. She needed to end the trading of blows quick and get a reprieve. So she sought to lunge forward out of desperation and shove Luca back away from her. If successful, she would attempt to deliver a fast and desperate superkick to halt the assault for the time being.

Amidst the tradeoff from the two, the Blue Blossom was suddenly shoved back before being struck by the superkick! Luca dropped backwards into the canvas the move connected.

Ramona smiled slightly as she saw Luca drop from the kick. She dropped to her knees, sore from the burst of offense that she had already endured and then crawled to cover her opponent for an early pin attempt of her own.

After the ref hit the first strike against the mat, Luca threw her shoulder up as she attempted to shove Ramona off of her.

Ramona sat back as the pinfall failed and looked up at the ref. She brought her attention back down to her opponent. She rose to her feet, attempting to bring Luca up with her. If she was successful then as soon as they were up, she would attempt to deliver a hard chop to Luca's chest.

"Omph!" The Lioness doubled back a step as the chop landed across her chest. Biting her bottom lip, Luca stepped in, throwing a chop of her own back at Ramona!

The chop connected and Ramona staggered back from the pain for a moment, before stepping forward and attempting another chop.

Ramona laid into Luca once again with yet another chop. Luca lunged in a second time, this time going in low, looking to connect with a knee to the midsection.

Ramona's eyes widened and she let out a silent cough as the knee connected with her midsection.
