Looks like it's near unanimous for Square-Enix. Almost everywhere you turn, there's an SE game being mentioned as someone's favorite.

That Star wars statement... well It sounds good that you like the series. A statement like that reminds me of someone on another forum. That person did not like anime and made fun of it every chance he got even flaming everyone also. He butted heads with the admin and eventualy got banned from the site. That same person kept posting raciest jokes about a certain group witch got the joke thread deleted Sorry about ranting like that...

final fantasy is great, especially 6. that was the pinnicle of rpgs for me. the suikoden series was also pretty damn kick a** too.
though lately im developing quite the taste for atlus made rpgs, especially persona and shin megami tensei nocturne....

The one just about anyone and everyone that's played DMC2 says is an impostor? gonk yup, thats the one. you can tell cause dmc2 dante has what looks like a bulletproof vest on under his coat. that and he is very very powerful. guess the reason since they went with that dante is that dmc2 was the new game in the series, and usually newer=better, at least to game designers. blah.

I don't know what series is my favorite, but I have alot of favorite RPG games like Final Fantasy X, Chrono Trigger & Cross Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne and Xenosaga Trilogy
