Beowulf hadn't thought of merely sending a messenger bird. To this he whacked his own head before vanishing from the landing just outside the door.
"I'll be right back!" he shouted up from half way to the ground.
"Try not to move too much!"Heading into the village he went to the postal building to get a messenger bird. Quickly scrawling out a message he rolled up the parchment and slid it into the holder on the bird's back.
"Take that to the Elzari tree." He said to the bird before it took off. The bird looped over head once before taking off. He could only hope that the bird understood where it was to go before going to a shop to get some supplies.
Gathering up more rolls of clean cloth and a few herbs, Beowulf returned to his tree home. Scaling the ladder he stepped back into the house.
"The message has been sent off. If anything, should take a few days travel." Beowulf mentions as he goes about his business of cleaning.
