Stumbling, her feet catching over themselves,Gorner headed towards the ground same as the corrupt senshi did. She could hear one of the braces about her leg hit the ground, it made some sort of cracking sound similar to solid glass hitting something, and she felt the impact. It didn’t hurt like it would if her leg was bare and without coverage, though it did still hurt, there was no blood as she looked up to see what was going on.
She didn’t trust the corrupt to not take advantage of this, she needed to get up before th either did, and the fog was rolling in and this time she knew what was coming. She didn’t like this magic, but at least she knew the figure that was coming wasn’t real, she didn’t however know if it could do more than grab her and creep her out. It was like some creepy stalker ex or something; and she’d gladly tell the corrupt senshi as much.
Pushing herself to sitting up, her elbow giving out under her weight, Gorner had hit her elbow good and hard upon impact with the ground. It hurt to bed and she was fairly certain it was not just going to bruise but it was going to be a deep bruise that would stick around for days. “Damn it.”
And the voice was back, whispering, from behind her before she was being hauled up and held by the monster again, going limp and becoming dead weight in the hold, she was hoping to throw it off and get it to let her go.

Smiling at her ever obedient creature, she got up and walked the last few steps over to it and the girl. Her shoulder was out of the socket but she still wanted to at least touch their starseed. She didn’t even preempt it with anything, simply diving her good arm right into their chest as the dullahan held her. She felt limp but that didn’t matter as she traced her fingers on that glowing crystal in their chest. It fought against her just as the other had, like it knew it was vulnerable. She had no sooner wrapped her fingers around it than did her own starseed-fueled boost finally end. The pain came crashing down upon her like an anvil dropped from the sky. Her focus waivered and she pulled her hand back out after squeezing her almost prize one more time. Stepping back carefully, she pulled another starseed from her subspace and bit down on it. There would be no boost this time but at least she wouldn’t pass out from the wave of pain that crashed through her.
She teleported away, looking back once more toward her creature before it dissipated back into the fog. Something stirred in her tonight and she wasn’t quite sure how she felt about it. Something felt different and she wanted more of that feeling. But that would be for another night, one with more drunks and more money to steal. She’d pave the road to her cushy life with the bodies and starseeds of those drunken douchebags. Maybe a few knights if she could manage to keep her hands on one of them.

She'd never had someones hand sink into her chest, she'd never been in such a posistion, and she never wanted to be again. The pain had her screaming as she felt something grasping at her, something deep and painful, she knew what was happening and tried to fight against it. She wasn't going to let this happen; she couldn't. She had to return home tonight, and every night, the last squeeze tore another scream of pain from it. She was barely able to worryh about what might happen, the pain was too much, but than it suddenly was gone.
Her eyes, which had at some point closed, were now open and searching for her would be killer. Landing on them she was surprised to see them vanishing.
What had happened? They could have killed her...why hadn't they? That done she got up as quickly as she could on shaking legs and hurried off. Her legs a mess - like she was.
