The hammer certainly hit harder than the chop, and Bison was asking for it. Bisons head moved with the blow, stumbling back. The audience gasped as they awaited perhaps a windfall for the rookie, an upset potentially.
But Bison didn't fall, in fact he shifted and swung back at young Liam with a massive hammer of his own.

The chop Bison had hit Liam with, the stinging pain of it, had made Liam's legs weak, which had made him stagger into the corner. The hammer blow however was a different monster altogether. Liam's feet barely touched the mat as he flew into the corner, the impact of his back on the turnbuckle rippled through the ropes hard enough to shake all four sides.
His arms instinctively curled around the top rope before going slack, and young Liam slid down into a sitting position, hunched forward slightly. The ref leant in to check if he was still conscious, Donny doing the same, hoping onto the ring apron on his knees, calling out his name to try and get a response.

Bison roared as he raised his arms, flexing his shoulders and biceps.
"Now that's a real hammar, boy!" He shouted.
The caribbean colossus back up all the way to the opposite corner. He swiped his boots on the mat, like a bull ready to charge.
And charge he did, as Bison ran full speed with a running dropkick.

Bison's roar was soon followed by a panicked scream from on of the young women outside the ring as massive man came charging across the ring. The ref and Donny both moved just in time to be clear of the impact.
In stark contrast, Liam didn't make a sound as both size million feet collided with his face. His head rolled on his shoulders, eyes dull and unaware of his surroundings. The young man was well and truly out but the ref was no where close to check on him after scrambling away, being a bit nervous about inspecting the crash site. Whether or not that moments hesitation would result in Bison being able to do more damage before the official could do his job though, time would only tell.

Bison was indeed not finished, but he soon would put the punctuation on this match. He yanked Liam up from the corner, holding up the dead weight. With one more wicked smile to Donny, he hoisted Liam up and locked in The Grindset.

Liam was nothing more but a rag doll by this point. From where he lay crumpled into the corner all the way up and over Bison's shoulder, Liam was limp, and it only took one and a half squats into the Grindset for the ref to wave off the match by knockout.
All the while Donny was glaring up at Bison, and once the sound of the bell rang out, he was instantly calling for a break to the hold along with the troop of trainees outside. The damage was more than done, that was clear to see, and the uncomfortable silence that had settled over the crowd was eerie. Liam may have deserved a lesson in patience and humility, but this had been a far shout from what Donny had intended.

Bison dropped Liam like a sack of potatoes as the bell rang. The ref raised his hand.
the winner of this match: Bison Mbadi!
Bison smiled, looking at the ref who was checking on Liam. He then got an idea...an awful idea.
With swift movement, Bison shoved the reg aside and grabbed the rookie. With a wicked smile towards Donny, he smoothly sent Liam face first into the corner turnbuckle with a mighty alley-oop!
JR: bah gawd king! This is insane! The rookie was alteady unconscious!
King: check his pulse, ref! Bison wanted to make his point solid. This is how Bison sends a message, JR, he sends people to the emergency room.

Donny had dropped his head slightly at the sound of the bell, relief that the match was over washing over him as he dropped his awareness for just a moment. It was in that moment, no more than a couple seconds, Bison had made his move.
Liam was down, a dead weight on the mat, but that made no difference to the might of the giant man as he effortlessly catapulted him over his own head and sent him crashing towards the turnbuckle towards disaster. Perhaps it was Bison's strength, perhaps it was Liam not being able to resist, a combination of both even, but rather than collide with the turnbuckle, Liam instead cleared the padding altogether and crashed into the steel post beyond, the only thing saving him from an even worse landing being one of his friends who was ready to catch him as he spilled towards the floor.
It was a scream from the crowd who fore saw Bison's twisted intentions that stirred Donny from his moment of relief. By the time he had looked up, Liam was already half way over Bison's head and sailing through the air. The surrounding silence was replaced with an uproar from the audience who had all risen to their feet as one. Shock did little to stop the automatic response from Donny and the rest of his team as they all as one slid under or clambered over the ropes, intent of getting to the massive sadist. He would later curse himself for not doing it immediately, he should have been in that ring the second the bell rang, but for now, the Scotsman and the others simply saw red.

Bison rolled out of the ring, grabbing his mic as he headed up the ramp.
"Thanks for the warm up, Donny. I think we all learned... a valuable lesson here tonight. Pick your fights properly...and of course.. if you want to truly be the best, just go to www dot bodybymbadi dot com.. you'll thank me later, but I'll say in advance... you're welcome" he winked before heading backstage.
