Ekstrom couldn’t help the light blush that came to her cheeks at the compliment. “Thanks! I hope I’ll be useful to some degree, at least.” She imagined a lot was in store for her in the future, but for now she was happy to just learn and sort of ease herself into her new role. She had a lot to learn, after all.

“I should probably get back to what I was doing, though. Practice and all. Once I get my ring I’ll shoot you a message. Maybe arrange some nights to patrol together.” With that she took a moment to ready herself, then bounced off to the neighboring rooftop, turning back while midair to give Silistra a great big smile as she waved her goodbye.

Silistra nodded in agreement they had had a really nice chat so she felt like them patroling together sometimes might actually be nice. She waved her goodbye as well and headed off to head home for the night.
