Ewing would instantly look to stop down on Luca's shoulders, alternating a stomp for both in an attempt to relieve a ton of built of aggression -- she still could not stand the fact that this bout got underway with the Huntress getting the upper hand. The Apple Valley native was so sure she'd be on her way to Mick Foley's office right now, having her contract torn up...but Luca Leone was deciding to be a true stick in the mud right now. If the stomps connected, Ewing would try to follow them up with a quick elbow drop followed by a pin attempt!

Aggressive stomps were sent into the Blue Blossom's shoulders which were followed up by a big elbow drop from Ewing! The elbow struck Luca across the chest, and she was suddenly covered for the pin!
1!
2!
The elbow stunned Luca for a moment, but not enough to stop her from throwing up a shoulder after the two!

Ewing would slam her hands down on the mat as Luca kicked put, a signal that the larger woman was instantly out of patience tonight. She tried to grab hold of Luca's head and bring both of them to their feet, aiming to send her into the ropes and hoping on the rebound she could catch her with a clothesline!

The Huntress was lifted to her feet and whipped to the ropes. She sped up as she rebound off the ropes. She suddenly sprung up as she approached, attempting to hit Ewing with the Azure Shot knee strike.

The knee strike was right on the damn button! Ewing slammed down on the mat holding her face, once again caught off guard and embarrassed by Luca Leone. When would it stop? Why was it so easy for Winters to get caught up in the moves of the veteran? Was she perhaps...suffering from a lack of experience on the level of that of the Huntress?

Pulling herself up onto a knee, Luca glanced down at Ewing for a moment after leveling her with the Azure Shot. This was it, a pinfall was all she needed to put this brat away. However, she suddenly felt the need to do more. The Lioness would suddenly grab ahold of Ewing's hand as she stood. The Blue Blossom suddenly waved out to the cheering fans shouting out to them. "Muy BIEN!" She would then spin around, looking to lock in her favorite move, the Muy Bien crab lock!

Oh no...oh no, no, no. The last thing Ewing needed was to find herself locked in a Submission right now, but there it was -- Luca grabbed hold of her arm and spun around, looking to grab her leg while she was it -- but Ewing was quicker on the draw here, rolling her body as well and ripping her arm free of Luca Leone's grasp. The younger woman would claw her way to the bottom rope and latch to it as her saving grace -- there was no way she could lose this match, let alone tap out. Her eyes projected horror as she looked back up at her savvy rival for the evening, and she gulped...realizing that this open challenge was without a doubt a mistake.

The Blue Blossom's submission was halted as Ewing caught hold of the rope and the ref now calling for her to release the hold. Luca was kicking herself now for not just going for the pin. She got greedy. She begrudgingly released her hold on her opponent and stepped a few feet away from Ewing.

As the ref tried to check on Ewing while she got back up, wanting to make sure there was no blood anywhere from the flurry of offense she just had to defend herself from, the Apple Valley native pushed him away. She kept her wide-eyed look locked dead on her opponent, her body setting into shock as she was right now wrestling the most accomplished, dominant, and serious woman she'd ever seen. For most, perhaps they would admire Luca, want to sit under her learning tree and get everything out of this match possible to improve their career.
That was not what Ewing had in mind. She was incensed with jealousy and anger taking center stage. She wanted to tear Luca Leone apart, beat her with her own stupid legs, and then set her ablaze in the middle of the ocean. However, despite her strangely violent thoughts, Ewing was finding it nearly impossible to get a move in edgewise. She threw her arms out as she got to her vertical base and tried to force Luca into a collar and elbow that Ewing would instantly try to take over, wanting to shove her opponent down to the ground while keeping their lock up going. It wasn't leading to a pin attempt, but it was an attempt at something -- showing dominance.

The Lioness was taken by surprise when Ewing rushed into her with the tie-up. She struggled to maintain her footing but was quickly overpowered by the larger competitor. Suddenly she found herself being taken to the ground by her competitor. Ewing was coming off overly aggressive, and she clearly had intentions of hurting the young Leone. Breaking her hold in the tieup, Luca would suddenly throw a punch at her opponent.
