It seemed like Cartwright had terrible intentions. Because as soon as he got up, he started heading toward Trent. With that in mind, Trent would see he was nearing the barbed wire, out of instinct, Trent would throw himself outside of the way of the dropkick, throwing his back with max force in order to avoid the catastrophic explosion that would engulf him if he were to take it!

Dang it, Trent wasn't as blind as Cartwright thought he would be and hits nothing but the air as Trent dodges the dropkick!
Cartwright's back hits the mat for a second time, where he looks to quickly get back up to remain on the attack.

Trent would go from holding his eye to holding his back. Taking a second to look over behind where he landed, as he had almost bashed the back of his head against one of the barbed wire tables that was near him. After taking a moment to regain his whereabouts, he would look to make it back to his feet. The eye that was poked still hard to open up

Cartwright keeps moving as he approaches Trent, trying to keep him still by rocking Trent with an European Uppercut to the chin!

Trent would get rocked with a european uppercut from out of nowhere, at least from how he saw it. Trying to dodge the barbed wire as he falls back navigating the ring

Cartwright thinks that this is the moment!
Cartwright attempts to lift Trent up in to a suplex position, ready to drop Trent chest-first over the exploding barbed wire rope!

It looked like this was the moment where the first explosion was going to happen. Trent got pulled in and slowly lifted, but looked to bring himself back to the ground as quick as possible. Fear driving Trent to the point of going to such lengths to avoid the barbed wire and explosions. Once he was back on ground, he looked to throw a few strikes at the abdomen of Cart!

Trent puts all his weight back down in to the mat, following it up with strikes that force Cartwright to release him from the hold.
Cartwright backs away while holding abdomen, one shot must have got him good!

Trent would be thankful that, that worked out for him. But he had bad intentions for Cartwright. As he looked to follow the lad who was backing away, looking to grab him by his pants, into a back suplex position, looking to drop him dead center of the barbed wire!

Trent would begin to lift Cartwright up, the crowd in excitement to see The Boss get some comeuppance, but he looks to deny them by grabbing Trent's head and using a headlock takedown to ground both men!

What a technical spot from Cartwright! Despite Trent wanting to deny any sort of props to the guy who has tortured him for what seems like his whole career. Trent would be brought down into the headlock. Both men being in a tight spot, basically laid up against the barbed wire near the edge of the ring

Cartwright chooses to keep the headlock applied, if he can get Trent to quit right now, he never has to fear an explosion!

This was a tough spot, Trent was in a tight spot and having the headlock applying pressure on his chin and his throat. He looked to push Cartwright closer to the barbed wire and try to find a way to relieve the pressure while applying pressure on Cartwright to break the hold!

Cartwright has Trent where he wants him, until he finds a way to use the barbed wire ropes to his advantage again.
Cartwright doesn't have a rope break to think about but he does have extreme danger to think about!
As Trent begins to push Cartwright towards them, The Lad looks to stand up with Trent in the headlock and bring a knee towards Trent's face!

Trent was pushing closer and closer, but Cartwright is just as cautious as Trent. He has the knowledge to keep attention to details such as what Trent was doing. Once Trent was brought back to his feet he would have Cartwrights knee meet with his skull as he would fall backwards to the barricade!
