Trent would have also received some of the damage. Laying there, cut up, coughing harshly, and despite all that, yearning for more. Trent would begin to make it back to his feet as he would yell at Cartwright. Completely ignoring Russo calling out for security to rush to the scene
"I said that I regretted what I did to you. But you want to do this to me. You crazy son of a b***h. I was done with you. But you couldn't let me walk away. You had to have the upper hand like the rest of these years we have been butting heads."
Trent would begin to place his foot on top of the head of Cartwright. The same head that was struck viciously by that chair many a weeks ago. And it seemed like Trent was getting to that place that Cartwright was at.
"I only have one regret now, Cartwright. And that is that I didn't do this sooner."

It was at this moment that security heard Trent's words, which seems to match-up with exactly what Staff Member Russo had stated!
The four man security team quickly whisk Trent to the ground, as Cartwright leans his back against the wall and begins to chuckle.
Cartwright: "Let me see him."
On The Boss's request, security turn the face-down Trent around and life him up on to his knees to face Cartwright, who gets to his feet.
Cartwright: "You want to put an end to everything between us?
I have one request of you.
Summerslam.
Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match.
Yes or No?"

Trent would get restrained by the four guards who were about to take him out of the building. But Cartwright, like before, had to make this about him. With the assistance of the guards, he would be placed in front of Cartwright as he requested a huge Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match at Summerslam!
Trent would try to jerk away from the guards as he wanted to do this man to man, but they were having none of it.
"Tell the guards to let me go, and I will answer."
Trent would continue to struggle.

Staff Member Russo looks concerned as Cartwright nods to the guards...before The Boss picks up a steel chair, should Trent think about doing anything.
King: "Ballsy move by Trent!
He's already surrounded!
He better not get any bad ideas!"
JR: "As if Cartwright doesn't have any of his own!
This is already a volatile situation that could pop-off again folks!
These two men hate each other!"

The guards would finally release Trent but were surrounding him still, Cartwright was now armed. And Russo was being Russo.
Trent would stare into the eyes of Cart. Looking him in the soul. Shaking his head up and down.
"You got your match."
The match was accepted. Trent would continue to look at Cartwright as he was holding everything back. Going against everything in his body and mind to start swinging at Cartwright's move. But knowing, he will have his moment at Summerslam now.

Cartwright smirked as Trent accepted his request to a match at Summerslam.
Cartwright then steps aside, allowing the guards to show Trent out of the office.
Staff Member Russo looks horrified.
SMR: "Bro.
Bro.
BRO!
Look at you bro!
You just left the hospital bro!"
Cartwright calmly wipes his forehead to remove small fragments of glass.
Cartwright: "It's very simple Russo.
One of us will win....
...and the other will be destroyed."
Staff Member Russo looks stressed as the camera fades-out.
JR: "What a huge match for Summerslam!
Cartwright and Trent are going to put each other through Hell in an Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match!"
King: "Does Trent not know that Cartwright is a Hardcore Icon?
The most hardcore thing that I've ever seen Trent do was sell-out to Cartwright for a Wrestlemania match this year!
That's not hardcore in the slightest by the way!"
