He'd be lying if he pretended it didn't anger him. This was so much more than gossip on the street. Someone had actively framed him, went as far bad as to get it in writing while Ambrose ran free. He'd expected to at least find
something here to clear him, but all they'd managed to find was more evidence against his name. It was...disheartening, infuriating and frightening all at once. He'd crossed an
ocean believing this was something he could fix, not only for himself but for Honi, and now....Eli wasn't so sure.
There were first hand interviews from his professors at the Academy he'd attended with Aleksi in his file. Interviews with neighbors, childhood friends, his mother's coworkers...All of it looked the same.
'Kind, hard working boy, but he can have a temper. Like his father.' And that was the part that made him sick.
"We already have details on where the murders happened. We just need to go and look, maybe we can find something they missed." But, instead of arguing with her, Eli continued to look. When he came across the name he snatched up a laughably thin file.
"Ambrose Kettel; a warrant for....public intoxication. Nothing else, but it gives a street address."
