Salem was shaken from the headplant into the canvas, familiar with the effects of the maneuver Cyrus had used on him! Working to recover his faculties as Cyrus chided his fans, Salem let his weight play dead some when Cyrus lifted him up, trying to make him use more strength! Going into the ropes, Salem would roll o er the top cable and catch himself, turning around on the apron to try smacking Cyrus across the face for insulting his audience and using his own move so antagonistically!

Salem and his fans were so upset for the use of the DDT! What would be the reaction they'd take if Cyrus used his first finisher, the Triple DDT?
Tossing Salem off the rope, Cyrus watched as Salem caught himself on the apron and suddenly got slapped across the face. The Untamed Lion wouldn't hesitate as he threw his foot forward to attempt to Spartan kick that d**k off the apron.

Salem was rearin' for a fight but Cyrus countered his crass smack with a kick to the gut! Showtime's fans booed as they saw Salem stumble back from the apron, falling and chin-checking himself on the edge of the ring! Staggered, he'd try to turn and prop himself up on the apron as fans patted him on the back in support, urging him to recover!

Cyrus smiled as he slipped under the top rope, stepping out onto the edge of the apron. Something satisfying about that last one. After lining up Salem, Cyrus dived at him, looking to clock him with a double axehandle!

Salem was staggered a moment, but his faithful fans urged him on and got his head back into the game as he was against the barricade! Taking notice of Cyrus charging him from within the ring, the Gypsy Savage would sidestep the maneuver, trying to cause Cyrus to eat guardrail for his troubles!

The Lion missed his mark with Salem slipping out of the way, and the only thing in between his attack and the barricade were his own ribs. Cyrus crashed into the barricade, bashing his ribs into the unforgiving steel before collapsing to the floor.

"Cyrus went all-in with that dive, but he wound up broke, maybe in the physical sense, as well!"
"He tried to deliver Salem some air mail, J.R.! But it was labeled 'return to sender'!"The crowd popped hard for the wild bump Cyrus just took, crashing into the steel perimeter of the ringside partition! The referee approached, calling for the men to get back in the ring! Salem, however, had other plans in mind, sizing up the slumping Cyrus while shaking the ache from his head, charging forward to do a running boot to the side of 'The Dream's head!

Slowly pulling himself back to vertical position, Cyrus is suddenly struck in the side of the head by Salem's boot, knocking Jim onto his back.

Salem's fans cheered throughout the arena as he gave Cyrus some comeuppance, but as he followed through with his running boot, Salems expression said he wasn't yet done! The referee screamed "Four!" as "Showtime" turned around, Hell in his eyes that burned to return Cyrus' favor from earlier! Lifting "The Lion" up, Croft tried to return tit for tat as he put Leone in a front headlock and leapt onto the barricade, attempting a tornado version of his signature Pikey Spike DDT!

The Lion was still out of it from the boot to the head, he found himself being lifted to his and spun around before being planted with the tornado DDT. The impact flips Cyrus onto his back.

The crowd got loud as Salem's signature DDT sent Cyrus straight into the floor, the referee yelling "Seven!" as Salem stood back up! No time to gloat, Croft would lift Cyrus up by the arm and try to roll him back into the ring, hoping to get himself and his opponent back inside the ropes before a ten count! "Salem just hammered that Spike like John Henry! Cyrus might be out cold!"
"He's gotta get in fast, J.R.! No one wants a double count-out!"

Cyrus stared up at the ceiling as the ref made the count, wincing a few times as he tried to recall where he was. As he coming back to reality he found he was being rolled back into the ring, under the bottom rope.

Getting back in the ring just before the ten count, Salem wasted no time trying to hook Cyrus' leg and lean into his shoulders for a cover!

It seemed like the match could be over as the referree dropped down to count the pinfall!

Salem and the crowd were stunned as Cyrus shouldered up, "Showtime" sitting on the mat and running a hand through his hair in disbelief as the referee confirmed the count! Standing back up, Salem reached down for Cyrus' arm, looking to lift the 'Not Quite Dreaming' Cyrus up by the wrist and get him in better position for one of his more serious moves!
