She paused to think about the offer. Akel wasn't sure if she really wanted to join the girl. The company might be a bit much. Then again if she took the time she could learn about the hybrid, at least non-personal things, and tell Alizeh all about it. It seemed one of her older girls found it fascinating to know that Aishan hybrids existed.

So she sighed and nodded her head. "Alright.. I'll help you." Akeldama motioned for the girl to pick a direction. It really depended on which the girl was after first. "I am curious to know.. are either one of your mothers an extremist?" It was a slightly personal question but to Akel it was important in trying to figure something out.

Hearing that the girl was not raised by an extremist was a relief. She could only imagine what her life would be like as a hybrid. It made Akel think back to Imri, honestly. She'd have to check in on that little brat later.

"You are lucky then. Most of us weren't. " Her own mother had been a personality and her wife's mother's were... interesting. But extended family had turned out alright. "Do you plan to settle in Yael or will you be going back to the mainland? Mostly she was curious about the tree the girl would be close to.

She nodded a bit at the knowledge that the girl got picked on. "That happens. Showing them that you aren't an easy target is the best way to deal with them." She'd taught a few of the younger ones that already.

The offer to come visit was unexpected, though a nice thought. "I appreciate that, but I'm not really one for traveling. I'm not fond of leaving Yael." She'd done it once to visit her wife's sister and that was only because her wife had asked so nicely. "You may see my daughter though. My older ones travel." Who knows, maybe Alizeh or Luleta would go to Chibale sometime.
