They both go down with Drako having control of Luca's head and the Huntress maintaining control of the champion's leg. She immediately looked to shift Drako's leg between them and use her weight to put pressure on the champ's knee.

Drako may have control of the challenger's head, but he's versed enough here to know that he hadn't quite gotten enough control to win from here. In fact, Luca positioning his leg prevented a transition into a guillotine choke that he'd thought of. Time to switch tactics, as Drako would attempt to use his free leg to roll them and flip their positions, intentionally trying to get them both closer to the ropes

With the champion attempting to flip their positions, the Huntress would try to use the opportunity to pull out of Drako's grip and slip out of the position entirely, looking to get vertical before her opponent is able.

as Luca escapes the hold, Drako is free to spring back up with a kip up.

The Huntress' expression had turned grim, springing forward at Drako as soon he was on his feet, attempting to catch him in the jaw with close range forearm!

the challenger is quick, Drako will give her that. her being smaller than him makes it slightly more difficult for him to duck, enabling her to pop him in the jaw. the champion stumbles back and hits the ropes, his hand going to his jaw out of reflex

Luca kept on him, looking to grab ahold of the champ and whip him to the ropes opposite of them! If successful the Huntress spring off the ropes to rush him for the Leone favorite, Monkey Flip!

the last shot surprised him, but Drako's instincts kick in as Luca attempts to irish whip him across the ring. He plants his weight and attempts to reverse the whip to send her to the ropes instead, then aims to catch her on the rebound with a back body drop

Reversed by the Irish whip, Luca was flung across the ring. The Huntress still leaped up for the Monkey Flip after the rebound, only to be lifted up in the back body drop. She hit canvas, immediately sitting up to pull herself to feet, grasping at her lower back.

Drako turns with the challenger as he launches her, watching her hit the mat and begin to get up again. approaching to keep his momentum, he would look to catch her from behind with a back suplex

Still reeling from the back body drop, Luca was lifted up off her feet for the back suplex. She flailed attempting to get out of the hold, but it was too late. In a fluid motion, Luca was lifted up and slammed once again onto her back!

Drako quickly floats around and goes for the first pin attempt of the match. time to see if Luca's even the slightest bit worn down

With the cover made the referee immediately dropped down to make the count!

The Lioness' shoulder suddenly shot up after one and a half to break the count. Luca quickly rolled away to get back to her feet, making some distance between the two.

Drako isn't surprised at the kickout. He'd expected it. But it's time to press on. He follows after Luca as she's getting to her feet and attempts to catch her left arm, attempting to pull her forward and into a side russian legsweep

After being pulled into position, the young Leone attempted to change the course of momentum, looking to crack Drako in the ribs with an elbow and reverse into a front Russian legsweep!
