Viv kept wondering around until the world started going around and she got dizzy and fell. she whispered to herself. "Why am i such a wimp....." then blacked out.

Toshi finished drinking and decided it might be a good idea to peek in on Viv. So they came out into the hallway that led to the bedroom. There they found Viv passed out on the floor! "Hello? Hello?" They tried nudging her shoulder to rouse her.

Viv opened her eyes and looked at Toshi, "i want to help...." She sat up and shook her head. "Sorry, im just a lil weak still." she got up and smiled warmly at them.

"You will help if I don't have to keep putting you back to bed. Let's go." Toshi smiled, but spoke firmly. This fox was not going to take 'no' for an answer!

"Well im lonely....can you hang out with me?" She looked sadly at him, worried shes causing him so much trouble. She wondered how she could pay him back as she slowly walked back to bed with the help of Toshi.

Toshi watched her for a moment. She didn't just look sick, she looked miserable. "Sure. I'll stay with you until you fall back to sleep." A moment later, they nodded to a door and stopped them. "Here's the room. Let me help you back to bed."

Viv goes into bed and looks at Toshi. "Toshi, when will you grow to an adult? You are getting bigger, but that could just me seeing things." Her c heeks were burning up. "You know you would be the perfect partner. I hope you grow soon." She snuggled on her pillow and was very lonely. she had been alone for a long time.

Toshi was at a loss for words. A partner? "A partner for what?" The younger fox followed their elder over to the bed and pulled the blanket over her. "Are you hungry? I can make you something before you go back to sleep," they asked, trying to be helpful too.

"When you grow up, you find someone you LOVE, and you never want to be away and help them. You are still young, but when you grow up, im going to be someones partner. It prob wont be you cuz you are just a kid, but its wonderful to be together. I would never force you." She giggled. "Don't worry, you will get so many offerings for partners. You will have love, just like i will.

Toshi didn't really understand. They didn't need anyone. They didn't need a partner. They were just fine on their own, with the people of the shrine. But Viv was very lonely. They weren't sure why because Toshi was right here with her. Was it because they were just a kid? Toshi's lip curled a little and they growled softly. "I am not 'just a kid.' I'm just as good as you, who's 'just' an adult."

Well, this conversation was tiresome! The fox kit was Very Annoyed, but had not forgotten the task at hand. "So are you hungry or not? You getting well is more important than daydreaming about your boyfriend." Toshi didn't know if Viv had a boyfriend or not, but probably not. Why was it people always wanted what they didn't have? Toshi did not want anything, and so did not really understand. That was why they didn't understand, of that they were certain. Not because they were a kid. Yeah. That's right.

Vivian wanted them to grow up using soup? Was that possible? Then she kissed them on the forehead and it was difficult to reason with her words. Perhaps she was just a confusing person. That actually made some sense! "Well. I am going to go make you some soup." They weren't going to tell her what they thought the soup would do for her. Maybe she would get stronger and be able to help... but she was still sick. "You don't need to worry about being useful because you're sick. But if you want to be useful, get well first."

She felt bad for the kit. They didn't understand the simple lil thing. "Look you are getting upset over nothing, but I can't wait to be better, so I can be of some help. That's the least I could do. " She began to cough. "I will be better soon, and when I finish helping you, I will move on. Ok?"
