She turned the blankets into a warm little cocoon around herself, how had she ever survived being in Zena?
"Is the coffee ready yet love?" She called. The how brew and active hunting/fishing was the only thing she could use to motivate herself out of the delicious warmth. She was already having the best day!

"It's perking!" He smiled, they both loved their coffee, as did most of the family that was on chore detail of course. He wafted the scent of the coffee toward the tent opening, and smiled when he heard the rustling within, he had just poured some into a camp mug for himself and took the first blissful sip. He loved making good coffee, it was essential for a good morning.

She emerged to a much needed caffiene offering and kissed him smartly for it.
"Nothing says ' I love you,' like a fresh hot cup of coffee, where do you get the beans from? You still haven't told me." She pouted playfully as she watched him prepare breakfast. Ushi surprisingly was an exceptional cook..most of the time anyway. She liked that he liked to cook, and share the joy of it.

He looked heavenwards. "If I told you, then it wouldn't be a secret anymore Sae." He got them from Nykinae's boyfriend who had a special arrangement with a local grower; Kylaelya. Together they produced the best beans in Matori. He delighted in teasing Sae with the mystery of it though! Even had bags of it sent to her forge as an extra tease, a new courrier every time.

She rolled her eyes right back at him. Soon enough she was distracted by the smell of really good food. They ate their fill and enjoyed their time together, playing and fishing among other things~ It was a good and most refreshing time. She felt like she could again face the world with a straight proud back, solid in her love for her mate and her family.
