It wasn't often that Holland thought about things in regards to...Well anything really. He wasn't stupid or as naïve as everyone thought he was, he just liked to live in the moment usually which didn't allow for much reflecting and processing. Yet tonight, while he just laid awake in his bed, he found himself thinking of a lot more that he usually would. Two people danced in his head quite often, living there without paying his poor brain any sort of rent whatsoever, and it was very hard not to just find a way to get his poor noodle to just
shut up. The young man kicked off his covers and pulled out his phone. He had every intention of texting Theo just to see if he was up this late, thinking that some chip pictures would help take his mind off of things, but then flashes of that kiss he gave him in the cafe followed by the events in his car when they got stuck made his finger pause mid text.
Back in the cafe, he couldn't exactly tell Theo just
why he wanted to kiss him again, despite barely knowing him. It sucks that the reasoning hit him at the wrong time. If he could liken it to anything, when Holland was around Theo he just felt a slow pull, something that made him want to just hold him close and shower him with all the love and attention that he could give. But that wouldn't be right considering the fact that once again, they barely knew each other. How else would he describe it though? That slow and tantalizing pull that seemed to grow stronger each time he saw the man? WAS it because he didn't know a lot about him? DID he just feel the need to get to know some one that seemed so....Broken? Now he could be reading things wrong and he would be the first to admit that he was no empathic genius, but that's all he could feel sometimes whenever Theo was around.
Of course he wasn't about to text all that to him, it would probably freak him out and then some really, as it rightfully should because he didn't know what was going on with him either.
And then there was Yukio.
Sweet, passionate, and
oh god.
Words were not enough for how he felt about that one.
If Theo was a slow pull and a mystery, Yukio was like a meteor crashing...
Worlds colliding, it was all so fast, so exhilarating that he didn't want to hit the slow button, afraid that if he did then all the magic would slowly dissipate. He cant say just what the feeling with Yukio is just yet, but he was sure when he figured it out, the feeling would be something so world shattering that he would remember it forever. Holland pulled up Yuki's DJ Buster YouTube channel, clicking on one of the more recent videos that had the song he had played at the concert. Usually he didn't watch things in the vein of behind the scenes videos, but there was something about watching the blue haired man work that kept his attention.
Sighing with a yawn, Holland did manage to send that text to Theo after all, so hopefully he would be recieving some pictures soon. He kept watching the video play out, back to being snuggled under his covers with the song slowly lulling him back to sleep.
Whatever his feelings were for both of the new men in his life, he hoped something revolutionary would come from him colliding into their lives. He couldn't wait to see the conclusion of this chapter.
