Drako can feel Trent trying to bridge his way up to get free. As he's bridging to try to get out of the headlock, the Soaring Dragon elects to release him as he feels him slipping out, springing to his feet again to meet him on the rise with an attempted arm drag

Trent was hoisted back to his feet after forcing Drako to change the hold. When the Champions hold changed, Trent looked to close the distance and hit a hip toss

things can change in a split second in wrestling, and as long as the champ has been in control, a quick counter to his arm drag, a hip toss, sends him across the ring. He hits the mat but does indeed start getting to his feet again

Trent looked to rush his opponent. Grabbing and yanking one of the arms that Drako intended to use to help himself back to his feet. Looking toto roll under the arm and drop to the mat, looking to send his opponent face first into the canvas

Drako was on his way quickly to his feet and mostly back up, when a yank of his arm and a little force drops him face first to the mat unexpectedly. The champion bounces and ends up on his back looking up

Trent looked to keep a grasp of that arm, rolling Drako and then placing the arm behind the downed Drako like he did earlier with the hammerlock. Now wrenching harder on the elbow and shoulder joints

Drako is in a bit of a spot here, and he's got t turn things around. so as Trent still has his arm, he flips his legs around, attempting to catch Trent's arm and force him down to transition into a crossface submission hold

Trent would be brought down into the lock for half a second before he looked to hug his feet around the ropes behind him to try and break the hold as quickly as possible

once Trent reaches the ropes, the ref orders a break, which Drako grants, rolling to the center of the ring to stand up again and allowing his opponent the chance to get up on his own

Trent would begin to get back to his feet as well. Staring back at Drako who won the exchange of lockups and holds. Now was for the test of strength. Trent looked to offer another tie-up

Drako had gotten quite the opportunity to show off since his return to the WWFG. Looks like that will continue as this match continues down the road and wrestling and the champion goes right into a new lock up. This time, he would attempt to force Trent back into the corner

Trent definitely has grown in more muscle mass and strength over the years.. He and Drako were roughly the same weight and both are pretty strong in their own right. Trent would be forced to take a few steps back but looked to show his strength and begin to try and push Drako back.

Drako rarely matches power with anyone, but it's been helpful that all his WWFG opponents since his return have been close to his size. Being a little more evenly matched has its limitations, as Trent begins to force him back. A few steps back before Drako attempts to plant his weight to prevent going any further

It almost seemed like a stalemate between the two men. Trent straining just a bit more then his counterpart, but he wasn't ready to back down yet as he looked to continue pushing against the opposing force.

eventually, Drako has no choice as Trent slowly begins to push him back. Something had to give and eventually Drako finds his back against the ropes
