Sickly Psycho Ivy_tsuki I am proud to say that I do perform rituals sky clad. I think I actually wrote about that in a different thread too... hmmm anyways yeah. I have preformed rituals with clothing and with out and I found that clothing really does block the flow of power (energy) in my body and I feel like I have more power sky clad, and I feel more connected with nature. Some people don't like it and some people do. Personally I have no problem walking around naked. In fact if I am at my house chances are that I am in my underwear or with out anything. I don't go sky clad around other people though. I know it make a lot of people feel really uncomfortable, and in today?s society it is really not acceptable. If there were other witches/Wiccan that were ok with it, over the age of 18, I knew well, and were in a private home, I would do a skyclad ritual with them. I actually don't think I would be that comfortable with others around, yet anyway. I guess that has to do with how I was raised. yeah probably, my parents are very open about nudity, which is not always a good thing.

I wish I could be more open and comfortable but I know I would feel weird even though I know there's nothing wrong with nudity. In fact it's more natural then what we look like in public. Why did clothes become such a big factor in out lives any way? Do you know how much money I would have if it wasn't for clothes.lol

You know this is going to sound wrong, so please don't take it that way. The only people I feel comfortable around is my boyfriend, and my best friend(who is a lesbian, that is why a lot of people take that wrong, when they ask me about skyclad) But those honestly are the only people I trust enough to bare everthing to them, physically and emotionally. Nudity to me is more of a trust thing... I used to have a great body and then I quit ballet. And so I no longer feel confortable about what people think about me when I wear tight clothes let alone go naked... so I only trust them.

The society seems to raise us to beleive that without clothes we're evil, or something along those lines. I just know that they make us feel that it's wrong. When you get close with some people you are able to share a lot more with them and probably would feel more comfortable around them skyclad. I don't have the best looking body in my opinion but hey, back in the day people looked at fat as an attracting feature.

i guess i could try it by myself...in the summer, cause i just remembered this time in the summer when two of my best friends and i wanted to swim, and we didn't have suits, and no one was around, so we skinny dipped, and it was embarrasing but since i trusted them it wasn't bad...and swimming was really fun, cause it's like my favourite past time...but im not particularly comfy with my body, cause i used to be really overweight, and then i lost a lot of weight, so i don't really know where i am...anyway

You can be alone in your own room if you prefer, that's what I do.

I personally don't think it's that big of a deal if you can't go skyclad but, yes, you might want to try to trust you self a little more. You might find out that theres nothing wrong with being skyclad. I still blame society. scream

I mean I'm no where near huge... but I'm not skinny.
