i really liked the opening of speed racer! It was catchy and when they did a movie out of it...It was not done that bad. It was good in my opinion. xD Here is the trailer, not best quality video but then again not much people remember it lol
Cobra; Space Pirate. although that was wayyyyyyyy back when i was very young. Gundam Wing got me back into anime
Gundam wing will be one of my favorite mecha anime! :3

I'm not going to include Pokemon because it was in English and was also shown with all the Western Cartoons so I was too young to really know the difference.
But later in life I remember my first anime being Full Metal Alchemist

There is a Live Action FMA? *runs to Netflix*
I mean I've not seen many Live Actions but they have all been garbage - the One Piece Live Action TV show does look dynamite though.
But this has now been added to My List. If I don't watch it today, I'll definitely be watching it tomorrow! To prep my mind accordingly - is it bad?
EDIT: THERE ARE TWO?! How could I not have noticed this xD

Well, this could be 3 different things.
1. Dragon Ball z. I was like 5 or 6, and I just remember seeing Cell. I only was watching it because it was animated.
2. Pokemon. This was before I knew what anime was, so I dont really count this as much as number 3.
3. FMA, the original. This was when I understood what anime was and watched it whenever it aired. This was when it was initially airing on adult swim.

Ohh I know soo much because I do not have a social life. Was in top on things in the anime world xD Also I do not really know. I have not watched them. But let me know once you do finish watching one! biggrin
