An Elaria AND an Alkidike? She got to be BOTH? Zivah gawked at her, forgetting herself. "And your eyes?" She asked, just to be sure. "MY mom is a shifter. You see a lot of Shifters, huh? At LEAST you're all Aishan!" She scoffed, then turned to continue ahead - only to yelp, tripping forward, spear going flying.

Lifting her hands, Ilsa brushed some of her dreads away from her face only to realize they were actually vines. Scrunching her nose, she kept moving. "My eyes are Alkidike and sometimes, yes. Our home is in Chibale so I don't-!" Of COURSE she was going to fall and thank the goddess she didn't hurt herself with that spear! "Are you okay? No blood?" Ilsa moved to the little one's side and helped to stand her up.

Yes, thankfully, the spear flew safely out of reach. She hissed as she was helped up, testing her legs, terrified for a moment she'd snapped an ankle - but thankfully there wasn't so much as a sprain. Just skinned palms and knees from the rough, limestone like rock. "M'fine. I lost my spear though." She whined, pouting. Then she continued along, slower now, her confidence not quite as foolhardy as before.
She was too upset with embarrassing herself to talk much more, but she did perk up as they neared her parents' house. She stopped at the fringes of the homestead, knowing that if they continued along they'd run into one of her mothers, if not both. So instead- she pointed.
"Zinris is a bit far from here, but if you keep heading that way you'll find a hugeee rock formation, and there's a foot path that'll take you straight to Zinris. Or, if you're lost, my mother might be home soon and could take you." Or she might kill her, but she didn't think so - not if the hybrid was all Aishan.

Ilsa, too, was worried that she’d sprained an ankle or pulled a muscle. The last thing she wanted was to show up at a sister’s home with her injured daughter in tow. “Then it was a javelin then. Those are meant to be lost.” Once the little one started moving Ilsa felt confident enough to stand up and continue after her.
Given the options of wandering around some more or meeting with a stranger Ilsa’s choice was obvious. “Footpath near the rock formation; got it.” Seemed solid enough, but still… her eyes traveled down. Would it really be okay just to leave her like this? “And you’ll be okay?”

... A javelin, huh? Zivah's mouth twitched up into a relieved little grin, head bobbing along agreeably. Yeah! Yeah, that made sense! That was good news, she'd hate to tell her mom she'd lost a weapon, even if she'd made it herself.
As they came to a stop, Zivah briefly considered bringing the girl home. Maybe, then, she could get more help to Zinris? But once again, her uncertainty about how Ai would react stopped her. ... Besides, she shouldn't be telling a stranger where she lived, and if they split ways here then she might not catch sight of their house, right?
"Yep! I'll head home now, since my javelin's gone." She said. Besides, the fright of meeting a stranger when she'd felt so confident made her want to go home. It wasn't like she was... scurrying home, scared out of her wits or anything -- she'd handled it, like a real blade!
"My mom's Ai, so if you're REALLY worried and run into her someday, she'll let you know I didn't die or anything."
With that news delivered, the two split ways - though Zivah paused to watch the strange hybrid go, feeling rather proud of herself for how she'd handled the meeting.
