Doesina was relatively quick to confirm Teletta's worst fears. The Earthling had a knife the poor pup's parents had probably been killed. Teletta gave a glance back to the fearful pup.

Teletta gave Doesina a nod as she slid off her pack and started rummaging through it. "yeah I bought some meat earlier," she'd been excited to actually cook some meat. It was a bit more rare at home. her Diet was pretty strict considering, enough so she'd brought a lot of food from home. Her parents worried about her loosing her glowing eyes. Doesina had said meat which she'd had tightly wrapped up, she had been hoping to try a bit for dinner with her usual.

Pulling out the small steak of cooked meat, Teletta showed it to Doesina. "This should work." though she was a bit disappointed she wouldn't get any meat for herself now it was more important to get the pup away from those earthlings that tried to hurt it.

Teletta crouched and started approaching the pup slowly leaving he pack with doesina so she looked less imposing. Holding out the meat in front of her Teletta moved carefully one step at a time. This was something she was more experienced in, animals. The poor creature was probably hungry along with being frightened.

The pup itself growled making a n** in Teletta's direction. Teletta froze and stopped moving setting the meat down and backing away just as slowly not taking her eyes off the pup.

"It's alright little one," she spoke both soft and calm. Eventually the smell of the meat came to the pup who's eyes locked right onto it. He was hungry, he'd forgotten during his fearful run. The pup waited for Teletta to move away from the meat before diving toward it and starting to ear.

A soft smile graced Teletta's face as she watched the pup eat patiently.

"I resent that," Teletta whispered back to Doesina giving a wide smile as she laughed as silently as she could trying not to startle the pup. She did always seem to have all sorts of food whenever animals were concerned. She had plans though not as a tamer but a performer. she wanted to share the wonders of the world with her people on yael.

Examining the pup as it consumed the food from a distance it did look like he'd been hurt, probably a combination from the earthling hunting him and his frenzied run. He should be looked at by a more experienced vet, but they'd have to get him out of here first.

Teletta glanced in the direction the other earthling had scrambled, hoping he wasn't coming back anytime soon. Maybe they'd become afraid of Doesina, she was an Elaria, and according to history they were the most against earthlings perhaps they thought there was a pack of them. Teletta was both annoyed at the thought because doesina was nothing like those rumors and also thankful they chose to stay away from the fear giving her a chance o earn the pups trust enough to help it.

Though she was lost in thought for a moment patiently waiting she slipped off her cloak and set it on the ground, she was going to have to wrap the pup in something to carry it eventually.

The pup growled softly as it continued tearing at the remaining meat until it was gone. Continuing to growl low when the earthling moved, he backed up for a moment until Teletta returned to a static state. Sniffing cautiously he started to approach cautiously with each step as though it realized she wasn't the same as the ones previously hunting it, and the pup was still hungry and he could still smell something by the Earthling.

Teletta held out her hand one again moving ever so slowly revealing the last morsel of meat she had.

"here, take it we won't hurt you." she spoke gently. "We'll help you." not that the pup actually understanded her words but Teletta knew it should at least understand her intent animals were always so perceptive.

The little pup did eventually take the meat and allow Teletta to wrap it up. She cradled it carefully in her arms. The poor thing was exhausted. "We need to get it to a vet."

"I'd really appreciate it' Having Doesina do some extra huntong to help feed the pup would be great then she wouldn't have to pay for the extra meat from vendors which in the long run would save her some money, and consider she was traveling. Nodding Teletta smiled at the pup. "he really is cute," she agreed

"Would you mind helping me with my bag?" she asked as she headed over to pick up her pack, with help Teletta managed to get her pack back on while still cradling the pup carefully.

"Lead the way." Doesina, Teletta knew could quite easily could find the quickest way back without leaving much of a trail. "Let's get out of here before those guys muster any courage"
