He took seconds. "You know, what with everyone being grown up and having babies and being able to basically take care of the ranch. I was wondering if there was somewhere where you had never been that you would like to see?"
He was at the most basic level an adventurous type and Thal and Ushi had really stepped up when it came to running the ranch smoothly, it was good to have such firm lead hands and Tethys was also shaping up to be pretty decent too.

"Travel? Somewhere I haven't been. Well I have only been to Zena, Oba and Matori, so I think I would like to see Yael or Jauhar, maybe even where the kahikinians come from. We have Akea, Kaiko and Ikaika as neighbors and I would love to see where they came from, I almost feel bad for how little we actually know about them or their respective cultures." Kiyelt was always so thoughtful.

One day when you are not busy I will sweep you off your feet and whisk you away somewhere fresh. Call it a grandbaby moon if you will."
They had done good and had raised kids well enough that those kids had kids. Well at least one of them but he was sure that the others wouldn't be too far behind. Though he did worry that Kina might be a bit too picky.

"Let's go see it all, I'm up for adventures, and there is no rule that we can't break up the adventures into different time frames. I'm just excited to go on some adventures with your handsome self." It would be nice to get away from the ranch once in a while at least.
They were all prone to a bit of cabin fever occassionaly, Kina had moved all the way up to Zena for example. It would only be a matter of time until Ushi and Sae found a parcel of land that agreed with them. Though Ushi would probably continue to work the ranch and use the training facilities for his own beasts.
"The kids can handle it while we are gone, you are right. Einsol will make sure no one bleeds out, and Tethys helps me with the beast medicals quite often."

"Wonderful news! I might be a grandpa but I am far from too old for adventures. Besides I have to put these creepy blue eyes to good use now that they were gifted to me. I miss my yellow ones but I know you like them this way too, so I guess its okay." He shrugged. It was enough to have been chosen by the gods as a legendary. His greatest reward was his strong family bonds.
He smooched her on the temple again and hugged her close. He would be very sad indeed if he didn't have Nin. She staved off the lonliness that had plagued him for years and with seven kids, he was never alone now, unless he wanted to be.
