"Don't mention it. I've been trying to find this shop since I got here, but so far I've found just about every other one." She'd gone out with her Uncles a time or two in search of it, but every time Nimia came up short. When she hefted her things toward the front of the current building, edging around a few patrons near the front, her glasses started to slip down her face once more. It was a little annoying to deal with until she'd made her purchase, but once her things were tucked away into a satchel at her side Nimia could step aside for him, adjusting her lenses in the process.

"I'd swear it's like it doesn't want to be found. I've even thought a time or two that there might be some sort of enchantment on the building itself; like a code I need to figure out before I can see it, you know?"

"That's what I'm thinking. We could ask if you really think it would help, but even if the shopkeeper did know they might not tell us." She had no doubt that something was being held from her, but Nimia wasn't sure what it was or by whom. Normally she wouldn't have ever had cause to spend this many days in a row in town, but the teenager was on a lead.

While it wasn’t something she desperately needed, the search was fun and if anything it gave her an excuse to keep talking to him. It was nice to make new friends, especially when she wasn’t usually the most sociable of girls.

Nimia couldn't help the little laugh that slipped out. "A little? It's really exciting, though. I hope it's not one of those things where the build up is better than the payoff." As much of a challenge as it was just to find the place she really did hope that it had something worthwhile.

Now that they had a heading Nimia was thinking of everywhere else they could check. First would be talking to the shop owner, and then maybe the other book sellers, this time with little hints they'd gathered here. Was this the spark that her fathers had felt when they were adventuring? Granted, this was in a much, much safer location than the wilds but still...If it were like this all the time then she might be able to do it for herself.
