"Very dull." Aelius smiled as he glanced over his shoulder at Tama.
"Cream? Sugar?" He questioned as he pulled two matching black mugs down from the cupboard. He began prepping his own mug. A little sugar from a frosted canister on top of his counter did the trick. Two spoon fulls and he left the spoon there to utilize as a stirrer once the hot beverage was ready to be poured.
"Japan sounds interesting though." Aelius admitted. His own Sphere hailed from that side of the world and he had always been interested in learning more about the culture there. Sadly, it wasn't a priority in his life at the moment. There was just too much else happening to allow himself to fantasize about a trip to another country. Not to mention, it wasn't like he could afford it. "Were you there long?" He turned then to face the feline, leaning against the counter, arms crossed comfortably.
The truth of the matter was he knew little about Tama. Getting into the database to look up information on his new teammates hadn't occurred yet so Aelius was running on introductions and any possible rumors he had heard about them all.

“Not long. A couple of years.” He said. “Cream and sugar, please”How much to reveal? You could only reveal so much when you remembered so little. “I was there with a human. I don’t remember much. He must have been taking care of me for a long time. I don’t have any memories without him before coming into the fold here.”☆

Aelius nodded. "Not remembering part of your past is difficult." The young man could sympathize. There were memories pre corruption that seemed to dance just out of range. He'd occasionally get the feeling of deja vu or that something of importance was missing but, he'd long given up chasing those feelings.
The timer he set began beeping. Turning back to the main reason they were here, Aelius stopped the timer and pressed down on the french press slowly. With the grounds pressed against the bottom of the canister, he filled up two mugs. Once he added the desired cream on top of the sugar after confirming how much Tama wanted.
With the prizes in hand, Aelius walked over to the living room and deposited Tama's coffee mug on a coaster on the table. Mildly he wondered what the feline was going to do. Perhaps he should have placed it in a dish? Would that have been easier? "Here you go. One coffee for you sir. It may not be cafe-level, but it gets the job done. Certainly better coffee than you could find in negaspace anyway." Most anything found there was stuff brought in and Aelius had learned it wasn't the most enjoyable. Those pots of room-temperature coffee were only there for one purpose and one purpose only and it wasn't for the taste.
