So just rethinking the case of the defamation trial. Johnny could lose because the trial isn't about abuse but the article. Can Johnnys lawyers tie the article back to him since his name isn't in the article. Did Johnny's career start to plummet beforehand and this just was the straw of the camel's back that made his career plummet even further. He's suing that this article that amber wrote is the reason why his career plummeted.
Thats why they are slamming him with the sobriety and if he really was...and was it him being an addict that drowned his career and not amber.
Meanwhile trying to say Johnny is an abuser when he's drunk/under the influence of drugs.
Also just hearing the recording of him cutting himself to "appease" amber (Johnny's words)...does this dampen Johnny's claim to amber severing his finger off...if he can cut himself then maybe he took the tip of his finger off...

I mean I doubt it because he's a guitarist and why would he do that but theres the argument for the defense team.
On another hand why would Amber taunt and agonizing tactics to get Johnny frustrated on recordings... He's obviously upset and frustrated to begin with but instead of comforting him, she decides to record him. Why did she felt the need to record it. Defense has an argument there. Saying she wanted to record it so she can make herself safe and hear her story.

Now will they try to deny the fact that this article is about him? That's a funny argument there. Because of the news saying Johnny is a wife beater before this article. So it's hard to claim it's not about him.
They can ....in worse case scenario say we are toxic and we brought out the worse in each other and they are both "abusers"

Now... In most cases vitcims of abuse doesn't beg the abuser to stay..unless they have Stockholm syndrome. Victims in most cases doesn't taunt their abusers or copy them (amber copying his clothes ...drinking water then Johnny does...) The behavior she exhibits during this trial is very strange to a victim of abuse. Not just towards Johnny but in general. She forgets that she's on camera from time to time and shows a glimmer of the true emotions with some things and some of the facial expressions show no remorse to what happened to Johnny.. laughing when she s**t the bed. Just overall looking like she has sense of proudness of what is happening to Johnny. Is that because she is happy that she did that because he did abuse her or is it because she has histrionic personality disorder and borderline personality disorder (narcissism). And lying about PTSD.
