Agreed! I'd go with Team Rocket for this venture for sure. They are just the right combination of wackiness and seriousness for an Rp. As for the region, I'm partial to the Alolan region myself as well. It has more room to explore than the others in my opinion. While Galar does have potential, I think it's too underdeveloped story wise to be part of a greater story.

So I do think we do need to settle which region will be our semi home base of operations. Due to my Claudia's back story, I prefer it not to be Kalos region. So that leaves Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Alola , and Galar. So which legendary and or mystical pokemon do we Team Rocket to be going after this time ? That would be a major factor as as well. I think it might be fine to have them going after two instead of just one. (If I forgot to quote someone, please forgive me.)

I think Alola would be best since it's the most recent region that everyone might be familiar with. Plus it would be good to have different types of places like there are in Alola rather than to just have one type of nature in a location.

Alola has plenty of fun stuff to work with. Team Rocket could be after the Tapu, or Ultra Beasts. Maybe they see the region as an prime target, because it's Pokémon League is so new yet there is a wide variety of Pokémon available. Ultra Wormholes have loads of storytelling potential, too.
I'm planning to play a character with a shadow Pokémon, so the influence of Pokémon Colosseum's Orre Region and Team Cipher could be felt.

So I'm thinking that I'll have different threads for each region so anyone can still travel between the different regions. I'm thinking the main area will be Aloha and was thinking of having different threads for each of Aloha islands.
My next question is, who's going to play the main villain?

I was also thinking that possibly that pokemon contests are to Aloha! Selene won't be completing this time but being one of the judges for it.
