Yesss me too!! Have you seen this ninja

Users are really amazing at filling in the gaps when they can.
Omg its so cute! I love when the item has a story or is sentimental in some way. (But that price)
To go with that I really like this usermade series, both skin and animal User ImageTessa the Thylacine although sad.

That would be soo awesome for your avis! I can totally see that

Aw thank you!! I hope so! Those two are my fav favs. Definitely the ears. The bee fur is for this old old avi haha User Image

Yes I have! Already subscribed, and I've been abusing that guide like crazy. I'm trying to tabulate how many times I've used each skin, so I've been squinting at tiny face details and color differences in old avatars because I totally don't save item lists and later torture myself because of that. Your guide has been a lifesaver for that. So thank you!

I love the Thylacine skins! They're so subtly unique in shade, and as someone who likes to play around with tattoo layering they just work great for weird creatures. I also love the Humaniki series, as it's great to play around with other base skintones without having to mess around with potions and changing my base just for one avatar and then having to change back.

That avatar is so cute! The bee fur would be so perfect for it!

My favorite usermade item bar none is User Image Punk's Flight. Unfortunately the metal doesn't exist as a color anywhere else. There are some recolors, fortunately, but I have a matching item coming out in the future, ahem, I would like to see more matching items in the future.

I like this item because it's steampunk, and for whatever reason, there's a dearth of new steampunk items on the site. (Out of style, I guess?)

I have made usermade recolors (4), and there are others on the way. I think I will probably do it again, though maybe not as quickly as in the past (money is a factor, hehe). I'd like to do some custom items sometime (steampunk! sci fi!), but that's just a dream at this point.

I also wish there were more steampunk items! I feel like I rehash the same half-dozen items every time I attempt a steampunk avatar.

Also, just realized I already have all four of your items, especially as I nab any item that gives me more steampunk goggles! heart
my item that uses the bronze from punk's flight should make you happy, then. It's a three pack of the goggles from little miss detective

That is an awesome item. I do love the colors. ooo a new color, what will be its name Hehe I hope you get your wish! Cough

So sad there are a lack of steampunk items, is there even a guide for them?

Thats pretty amazing! Congrats!! It seems really expensive...
I hope your dream can come true some day ^_^

Hey so do you write story?

Yeah, I write stories. I don't know if you saw my post for the community picks contest, but I'm actually in the middle of a personal challenge, writing 13 rough drafts in a year's time.

It's actually kind of nerve wracking, because I like to go back and fix things, but while I do a good scene, I'm not really that great at putting together a cohesive plot. But I'm six novels in, and I think I'm getting better . . .

as for the new color, I named it punkbronze in honor of Punk's Flight, which is also the source of the 'feather' color I used in my Parched recolor

I did indeed! That's why I asked xp What a tall order!
6??? Howw are they long?
I bet you are getting better!

Perfect name! I look forward to it

They're each 50,000 words long-ish. Not the best for getting a whole story in, but great for pushing me to string together something like a plot

13 rough drafts in a year??? Teach me your secrets

Punkbronze is such a fun scheme name!

2100 words in a day, Monday through Saturday. Not giing to bed until it's done, which can kind of get stinky, but it's the only way. I'm aiming for the nanowrimo 50,000 word novels, which means that sometimes the story is bigger than my word count, which can be a little frustrating. Also for the most part, no editing allowed. Which means the story when it's done is . . . not really done, not really something publishable, but at least it's a rough draft, so I'll have plenty of material to edit when I get done.

Also, punkbronze isn't really a scheme, it's just the name of the color of metal. The item is one pose of a triple treat ticket, and it incorporates all the colors in punk's flight (feather, the metal color, and that brown)

Oh, I misunderstood that part then. Gotcha!

And that's really impressive! Having Sundays off sounds like a very smart move. I've done nanowrimo a few times, but being able to keep that pace all year sounds like a big task - wishing you luck!

I haven't done any research, since I've been going so fast and my time is limited. Research would add to the richness of the stories, I'm sure . . . but since I'm writing VERY rough drafts, I think the research can come later.

Okay. I may have misphrased that, a little. I just didn't know what to call the story since there's no magic or space ships.
