“Don’t worry Zayana, take the time to see as much as you can. Don’t worry about us.” They’d be fine, Zandala was just a little overprotective about her family and especially her children.
“Not that I can think of on Tendaji. I was there a long long time ago and the world is a much different place now.” So different in fact that Zandala often wondered what her place in all of it was. “I don’t know if the Oban’s have changed, but I did hear they’re cities are like nothing else.” One day she’d have the courage to go back and travel.

Hmm, she wasn't sure she wanted to linger in an Oban city. She had heard enough from her mothers about the war-happy race. Where as most Aishans were fighting for similar reasons, they had moved on. Yet the Obans still focused on their war and their army. She'd probably move forward through that area quite quickly, if she had her say.
"Well, I'm excited to see the Belreans. I wonder if they have worked out how to fly those ships without crashing into flames..."

“That would be something to see.” Flying ships! How crazy. Zan had thought it false when she’d first learned of their existence and now her very own daughter was about to go see if they could cross oceans but in flight!
Zandala moved to Zayana and quickly pulled her into a tight hug.
“I am happy you are going, even if it makes me anxious. Please be safe and send word if you need anything. I worry but I know the world is not what it used to be when we came here.” She released her but held her at arm’s length a little longer before finally letting go.

Returning the hug just as fiercely, Zayana was reminded when she was a youngling. Even now, her mother still was so tall and so strong. Unstoppable.
"I will, don't worry. I love you." She replied as she pulled back, shrugging a shoulder playfully before her mother let go fully.
"I'll scout out everything so you and Lumi know the best way to travel when you go on your retirement lap." She finally jested, before she realized just how hungry she was.
"Need any help preparing dinner? Or maybe some extra company?"

“I love you too.” Zan replied before chuckling at the idea of retirement. We’re they getting that old? Really?
“You know we’ll always take extra company. Your sister is supposed to swing by as well with Pyanka and the children later on so we can definitely use the help.” One last big family gathering before they split ways with Zayana. Zandala wasn’t too sure what she would do with the extra time, she loved babysitting her grandkids and Nayyara was a love to be around.
“Come help me gather a bit more food for everyone and then we can start dinner. Lumi shouldn’t be too far either.” Zandala headed for the house to pick up a basket, foraging one last time like the old days.
