I moved the party plans annoucement into the party, etc thread. Makes more sense to be there, no one has posted in it for a while, and frees up the front page a bit.
I changed member rules to sticky (from announcement). Crew guidelines, Mini-shops and arena entries sent to games forum. 'Questing, Donating, Charities' to chatterbox.
If any of that looks bad then someone can move them back in the main.

In fact, I think Omni should redo the membership and crew threads, maybe combine certain information from them into one and do some major updating. The threads from my reign are woefully out of date and long winded.

That was a work in progress. In changing them that is. I was gonna take care of that as soon as some things got ironed out.
