Kyril's gaze gleamed with pride. Such a statement coming from a strong woman like Sylvirah was touching and she did not dare disrespect it. All she could do was nod before the next comment made a laugh escape from her lips. "Oh no! How bad was the situation? In Oba there's always a stream of foreigners but I remembered thinking how funny their skin was when I was a child. I thought they were a completely different person when I met them at night and saw them the next day."

Sylvirah was soaked from the rain down by the time she made it to shore. Before she even thought about grabbing her boots or checking on the fish she went to her daughter first. The Little one was happily playing with the fish as it flopped on the shore, occasionally letting out a surprise squeal when it would buck up against her hand.
“I thought the cold was taking his life. Whenever I saw it it was so late at night that I assumed the worst.” As embarrassing as at night now was in her memory it was also one of the more tender moments with him. She’d been vulnerable and had opened up just someone she hadn't known very well at the time. Strange how things like that can lead to relationships.
“ I'm going to start packing up, do you need help getting back up the hill? You’re also welcome to come to our camp with us and meet my son.”

"Well that's definitely one way to realize how much you care for someone." Teased Kyril as she listened to the story. It was far sweeter than a youngling kicking someone's shins and acting like they were some strange kidnapper. Kyril just shook her head at the memories. Maybe shifters did have the worst luck when interacting with foreigners.
A light flush decorated her cheeks but Kyril found herself nodding. "I think I can handle but I do appreciate having someone nearby in case I stumble. " She admittedly with a sheepish smile. "I'd also love to meet your son if it's not too far. I do have some time to burn."

“We’re just back up the bank a little ways. Walking with her is a hassle in itself without having to worry about fish for long distances.” From her side the huntress produced a sack and started to fill it with fish. When she had all that taken care of she reached down to lift her daughter up.
With any luck they may also be able to give her a ride back to where she was going. Before pregnancy Sylvirah would have told her to walk, that it was good for her but after having two children around she knew how hard it could be while expecting.

"Sounds good. I wanted some fresh air anyways." Teased Kyril as she followed along. Somehow the conversation had eased a bit of the burden from Kyrils shoulders. It was nice to talk to another young mother and she enjoyed that the other woman also had an unique relationship with someone who came from a different place. And she was going to get to meet another adorable youngling? Kyril wasn't upset in the slightest. She just hoped she could pick up on some pointers before having to leave.
